Simones place is great. 2 double bedrooms 1 en-suite both a good size and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen/diner and comfortable lounge. The location is excellent as only a 5 minute walk into the town centre. It is also extremely quiet.

Thank you for the lovely stay, Joe was very supportive through out and it felt like home. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Liverpool next.

Lovely house with 2 friendly cats. Bed room at 1st floor with a toilet beside. 2 windows facing front footpath. Generally, it is a good place with fair price. You can walk along River Lune close to the house.

We are a 3 generation family group and have had a wonderful stay at this property. House clean and well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Spacious accommodation, peaceful setting and well located for visiting Liverpool and local beaches. Host friendly and accessible before and during our stay. Thank you.

Jak is a brilliant host. So helpful with information when booking and very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Jaks place was lovely to stay. Everything is so clean and well thought out. I am a young female guest and I felt very safe in Jaks home. The bed is super comfortable and it is in a nice neighbourhood. Jak had thought of everything you could need and was so helpful and an amazing host

Excellent stay at Alfonso, Alex & Gandolfi the cat’s place 😂. Excellent location for Wigan, Manchester & Liverpool with the train station close by or Wigan a bit further down.. friendly hosts that made you feel welcome, would definitely recommend & will definitely be back.

From the moment we booked Lauren was so helpful and very welcoming. When we arrived at the accommodation Lauren welcomed us and made sure we were happy with everything, everything was perfect. Throughout are stay Lauren was always a message away for any help we needed. The house was so clean and perfect, has everything you need when staying away. The location is so close to train station and bus depot. Beautiful house in a perfect location, with an amazing host.

Had a lovely couple of nights here, pictures don’t do the room justice! Very relaxed and everything you need in the annex. Bathroom and kitchen were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Easy going hosts and did offer us drinks, unfortunately I didn’t see the message in time. Would love to return at some point. Thanks Dave and Patricia for your hospitality :)

We enjoyed a two night stay in April. The apartment is light and bright, and within easy walking distance of Crosby beach, many bars and restaurants, the Co-op (a few minutes away) and the local train station (which is just around the corner although the trains can’t be heard). At risk of finding the apartment booked up for our return, I’d recommend it in a heartbeat, it’s a gem. Thank you Mark.

We had a lovely stay. The property was in a very central, busy location but once inside was quiet. I stayed with a 9 year old who had no trouble with sleeping. The property had everything that we needed and was modern and clean throughout. Had an issue with bedding for the sofa-bed in the front room but turns out we were looking in the wrong area on the sofa. We called to let them know and had a very quick phone call back to help us! All in all an excellent stay and would definitely recommend.

Darius was a friendly and relaxed host. The beds were comfortable and rooms a decent size. Key fob allows for independent access. Not far from main parade of shops. Very convenient place to sleep while visiting friends in Netherton.
