The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

Howe Island Bunkie: Come and relax near the Thousand Isands on the St Lawrence River in a private bunkie. Cabin sleeps 2 with separate bathroom. Property includes kayaks , peddle boat, firepit (wood provided), corn-hole game, cards, board games. Cabin has electricity, mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee (Keurig), dishes, bedding provided and propane BBQ. Just bring your food, special beverages, and relax. Pets stay free.

Three great local restaurants, shopping, marinas, tennis courts, public beach and boat launch are all within walking distance or a short drive away. Plenty of outdoor space on a private quiet road make this an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. NOTE: Hot tub is CLOSED from January 1 to April 1.
