The Nook Cosby Village

This well presented traditional terrace property is located in the heart of Cosby Village overlooking the stunning little brook, South Leicestershire countryside. The property comprises of a downstairs living room with an electric fire, Sky Tv and Wireless internet, and a fully equiped kitchen diner. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with the option of a King Size bed or 2 x Single beds and large wardrobe, a single bedroom with 1 x single bed, clothes storage and an office desk, and a family bathroom with rain shower. There is an option to sleep a fourth Person on the downstairs sofa bed. PARKING There is FREE parking to the front of the property on a very quiet slip road, although you may have to give way to the ducks from time to time !!! AMENITIES Within immediate walking distance of the house there is the Cosby Golf Course, local village pub 'The Bull's Head, a Butchers Shop, Cafes, Hairdressers, Indian & Chinese Restaurants, a Fish & Chips Shop, Off-License & Co-Op Convenience Store. This peaceful and idylic village is home to many countryside walking paths and hosts lots of annual community inspired projects like the now famous Yarn Bomb and popular Victory Show. Double studio with A/C, free parking & car hire

Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

Quiet detached guest house in Clarendon Park.

A guest house in the garden of my home with all you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, plenty of space to relax and lots of storage. The Wifi is superfast and there is a table perfect to work on. It's convenient for both universities, Leicester City FC, Grace Road and the Tigers, Curve, LRI, the race course and De Montfort Hall, plus the cathedral and Richard lll's tomb. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and green spaces in walking distance.

Beautiful house in a country setting with a private garden, patio and safe, off street parking. Upstairs living. Big open plan kitchen with island, dining and sitting area. Kitchen is fully equipped.
