This is such a lovely property. We picked it as it gave us the space and facilities that we needed whilst away from home with our toddler. Everything was so clean and tidy and really couldn’t have asked for more. Nice quiet location for staying with children. Jeanette was even kind enough to source us a highchair to save us travelling with one! Highly recommend this property and would stay again.

I’ve just stayed at Anita’s Airbnb with five friends for a weekend away. The house is gorgeous - spacious and spotless, with striking and eclectic decor throughout. The garden is delightful, too, it’s a real sun trap with plenty of space to sit and soak up the sun. And then there’s the bar, which is a brilliant and super-fun addition to the house! King’s Heath is a great area and all the bars, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Anita was also great - always quick to respond and gave us loads of useful info before our stay. Overall a 10 out of 10 stay.

Location, location!! This house was very homely, clean, great garden, very well equipped - even down to the coffee machine. Comfortable beds with nice linen and great shower. Easy access to motorway, Solihull town centre and brilliant pub just a 5min walk. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend.

The property was brilliant - the kitchen and games room especially were fantastic. The hosts were great, very responsive and helpful allowing us a later check out. I would recommend to anyone

My friends and I stayed for a wedding and this was a perfect location to stay. Thank you to Gurm, who warmly greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything we needed was provided and Gurm kindly recommended some local restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool table in the games room, but it was a great set up with a tv there too (perfect for a premier league match and beers with some pals).

The accommodation was great, clean & the hot tub outside really sets it apart from other places. Would definitely stay here again.

being a regular at Lee's place, I can say its always clean and tidy, with great amenities all at a great price.

We found the place easily, got ourselves straight in with the instructions. As soon as we opened the door there was a lovely welcoming smell. Every room was spotless and felt very homely with all the little touches. The attention to detail was outstanding they had thought of everything you could possibly want or need and more. We lost track of how many times we said ‘wow this is amazing’ the little private garden was lovely along with the hot tub. The hosts were very quick at responding, and answering any questions. We would 100% recommend this place it is absolutely beautiful and will definitely be going back in the future. Emma.

The accommodation was booked for a colleague travelling from China and working in the UK for 3 weeks. We had a beautiful stay! The view was amazing and the facilities were perfect. We loved the little reception area where you could get games, DVD’s and toys. We loved the little Easter touches aswell! The lodge was VERY clean easy to get in to, very clear instructions on how to use things and how to get in. My son loved the big field in front of the lodge. Overall it was a beautiful stay and 100% would recommend

Lovely stay at The Deere Pod! Very clean and great little touches such as marshmallows for cooking in the fire, coffees and teas and a bottle of prosecco! Would definitely recommend for people looking to get away for the weekend!
