The building formerly housed one of Malta's first photography studios in the mid 19th century and is beaming with history, natural light, grand features and timeless interior design. The property commands stunning views of the Santa Margerita Church and the scenic gardens, bastion walls and skyline of the 'Three Cities'.

Swim off the waterfront just outside the flat or enjoy a walk around our quaint village dating back to the time of the Knights of St John. Possibly visit one of our museums.

My refurbished seafront first floor apartment facing the historical town of Senglea is situated in the victorious city of Birgu (Vittoriosa). Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.

The property served as the residence and studio of celebrated Maltese mid-century artist Emvin Cremona. The property has been renovated to the highest of standards by a local interior designer with all the original features retained. The studio is set in a quiet pedestrian alley minutes away from the sea front promenade, bars and restaurants, museums, bus routes, the historical cities of Birgu and Senglea and is only a 5 minute ferry ride to the capital city of Valletta.

Three Cities | Bastion Seaview Studio

This is my home in Malta! A small apartment (which I intended to live in) on the bastions along Senglea. The place is dominated by the sea view onto the Marsa / Floriana / Valletta part of the grand harbor. It’s an exciting view with lots of ships coming in and out. At night the mouth of the harbor area in the distance glows warmly. The studio is bright, colorful and I look forward to welcoming you there!

My second-floor apartment which is located in Vittoriosa has a beautiful view facing Senglea, Cospicua and the capital city of Valletta. It will only take just 2 minutes to go to the Marina waterfront and also, there are some lovely restaurants that you can go to and eat. To take the ferry you would have to go to Cospicua which is a 5-minute walk to go there.
