This is a dream place. Everything was well designed with good taste on appliances, decor, furnitures, linens… You have the feeling of being in a magazine model house. You have everything you need and more! I stayed in contact with Danielle who didn’t measured efforts to quickly give any extra support that we needed. Thank you! The window view was stunning, the bathtub well cleaned, and all the kitchen utensils in great condition. We will definitely come back!

Heather was amazing. Very responsive and answer all questions I had right away. Her home was amazing it was like home away from home. I would recommend heather anytime. Best air bnb host yet. Very nice place. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I actually pulled a sheet up so I could see the brand so I could buy one for my own home.. lol.

Such a peaceful location. We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean. We didn’t have any issues with check in or check out. The hot tub was great to relax at night. The space Is a good size for 2 couples looking to get away. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans for cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s only a short drive into town which has shops, restaurants, and the springs. Make sure to visit Charlottes Cafe. Best breakfast i’ve had in a long time. My son and family can’t wait to go back. When we pulled out the drive way to take the trip back home my son said he missed the house already.

Magical quiet cabin nestled in the woods

We loved the home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Aram was very responsive. There are lovely bird feeders on the deck that can be filled with provided birdseed and we observed many beautiful birds attending the feeders! The kitchen has everything you'll need and was clean and spacious. The firepit was peaceful and there is a path to do a 5-8 minute hike that starts right out the back door and goes around their property to observe nature. We visited the Himalayan Salt Cave in town and found it very relaxing and unique! There are many unique and fun shops to visit for souvenirs and other gifts. The only drawback we noted about the entire stay was having to drive 12-15 minutes to get out to the main road if we needed to run out to grab something - but that was listed in the property description, so we tried to plan ahead and get everything we needed in advance to avoid side trips.

Went on a girls trip here and had a BLAST! It was so relaxing and everything we wanted. The views were amazing and the place was clean and very cozy! Would absolutely visit again.

A great find! This is a really cute and cozy place that is just as pictured. It was very clean and had all we needed for a perfect get away. The sports complex amenities are very nice and close by. I would definitely recommend and will likely return for another stay!

This is our fourth year here and it is always a great experience! Jeanne is super communicate and always helpful! The location and house are beautiful! The amenities are excellent: fire pit with wood, pool, and hot tub. Will be coming here forever.

Truly a beautiful home. Spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly maintained. Beautiful views of the mountains. Even though we were able to do less exploring and hiking in the area than we would have liked due to the snow and cold, we had a wonderful, cozy time up atop the hill there. (Rana warned us about the snow several days in advance, so we were mentally prepared). Hope to get back again sometime in spring, summer, or fall.

Amazing location in the mountains. Great location to everything we needed during our stay as we were back and forth to Gettysburg, Emmitsburg, Mount St. Mary and Thurmont. Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

Absolutely stunning and awesome to be right on the little river and deer the creek inside spectacular awesome little touches gorgeous I’m jealous lol I guess the only thing is you do here traffic. But that’s noted in the description and the letter con compared to so many pros how’s the outdoor fireplace and this awesome indoor fireplace that just goes right onit’s got a washer and dryer lots of great decor and references to faith and super clean.

it was even better than the pictures and the outdoor was updated compared to the pictures. Our families enjoyed this beautiful private home just to ourselves and it was very peaceful.
