Good bike riding around Lake Preston five minutes from the cottage, and a shady park with tennis court/basket ball hoop and free bbq 2 mins walk away

Bush cottage retreat

Accommodation is a small cottage set in bushland, very comfortable and fully supplied with all essentials. The cottage is really only best for a couple, but if required a camp stretcher or porta cot is available.Cooking facilities, frypan, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and dish ware and cutlery supplied. T.V. and wifi available. In winter Pot Belly stove to keep you warm. Only 3 minutes drive to beach. Ample parking for boats, caravans. We don’t allow pets. We have 3 Golden Retrievers.

The property itself is 4 acres and is fenced from the river making it secure for children, whilst the studio is also enclosed with fencing with a comfortable, private outdoor area. Fully fitted out, and newly renovated studio set-up. Nearby to Gnomesville and beautiful wineries with walking and bike tracks. Bunbury is 20 minutes away.

PLEASE NOTE: As of Feb 1st we are are renovating the family home.This is seperate from the studio we offer for Airbnb but there will be some noise throughout the day and building supplies in the back yard. Also street parking outside the house would be required. We offer a reduced rate for those interested. Treat yourself to your own Hamptons by the bay. Quiet street. Can accomodate a total of three people as there is an option of a single mattress. Walking distance to queens garden, great for jogging and walking. Family pool optional.
