Kevin is a great host—very responsive and attentive, always ready to help. The apartment at The Marq, which is probably the most sought-after condo in HCMC, is fantastic, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you need for a more than comfortable stay. The location in District 1 is excellent, putting you right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City with easy access to everything. The facilities on the 25th floor are also great—the infinity pool, gym, and sauna are high-quality and elevate the overall experience. Additionally, the library was a perfect workspace, offering a quiet and comfortable environment to get things done. Would I rebook here? Absolutely—that’s a yes!

Muy contentos con la estancia en casa de Trang. La comunicación fue siempre fácil y nos ayudó mucho con varias cosas durante nuestros días allí. El apartamento está muy nuevo y cuidado, el edificio está en la mejor ubicación dentro de la ciudad y las instalaciones son excelentes, leímos en algunos comentarios que habían cambiado las normas en la piscina.. nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema para acceder y disfrutar de las instalaciones. Es cierto que el baño está dentro de una de las habitaciones pero al viajar con nuestra hija de 3 años no fue un problema. Hay menaje limitado pero tampoco cocinamos en el apartamento. Gracias por todo!

Amazing stay in a centrally located spot in District 1! The Airbnb was modern, super clean, and felt very safe. Each room had its own AC unit, which kept the space nice and cool—perfect for the heat. The bedrooms, living area, and bathrooms were all spacious and comfortable, making it great for groups or longer stays. One thing to note: since it’s in a gated community with 24/7 security, Grab drivers and delivery services aren’t allowed to enter the complex, so you’ll need to meet them at the gate. A key fob is also required for entering and exiting the property, so make sure to keep it with you at all times. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is really nice with beautiful views over Saigon. Located on the 21st floor it gives you a truly fantastic view over the Landmark and other parts of the city. The location in district 1 is superb, it’s very easy to get around from there and back. Chloe is a super host, informs proactively and is super responsive. For our American friends: the level of security is very high, so you can sleep soundly.

Great stay! Clean, spacious, responsive host. Nice gym and pool. Could use some kitchen utensils and staff like salt. As well, as at least some tea. And fluoride toothpaste would be a great addition. And more hang coats. Also, the water in the shower sometimes is barely warm. And toilet flush could be easier - it's too tight.

Amazing location and a beautiful tower, the perfect base for exploring Ho Chi Minh City! The apartment was clean and modern. It was a little dark inside, but the washer and dryer were a big plus. Check-in was smooth, communication was easy, and we actually ended up staying an extra night because we liked it so much. Would 100% stay again!
