La maison est top, propre et bien équipé. Vraiment idéal pour les grandes familles. Stefano est très sympathique et réactif. Je recommande vivement.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la casa di Stefan è molto bella e curata nei particolari, e si trova all'interno di un ranch dove pascolano cavalli e pecore. Anche lo spazio esterno è attrezzato, si può cucinare e pranzare sotto il portico, nel giardino circondato da siepi si può prendere il sole. Questo posto è un oasi immersa nella natura. Molto apprezzata anche la vasca idromaggio a nostra disposizione.

We were so grateful for Dario’s help during our stay over Easter. He and his wife were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were flexible and even ordered our takeout for us as there was a language barrier. The kitchen had everything we needed as a family of 10. The set up of the rooms was perfect for a girls room and a boys room where the cousins could spend quality time together and make memories to last a lifetime. The train is close by and takes 23min to get to Venice. What a beautiful day we had there! Thank you to Dario and family for welcoming us so kindly!

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. A wonderful stay in this well equipped, traditionally furnished apartment in a peaceful area with all you need close by and that view! 😍 Very good communication throughout. Christine met us off the Alilaguna. Arrived early but could leave our bags and take the keys which really helped Milk, juice, water and small cakes had kindly been provided. Lots of extras in the cupboards too including olive oil, tea and coffee. No clothes storage in the twin room but there’s a wardrobe in the hall outside. Wall mirrors in the bedrooms would’ve been useful but we managed with others. It’s walkable to all main attractions but you will do an awful lot of steps getting around! We relied on Google maps for directions. We visited Verona, Murano and the stunning Burano. Christine gave recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Al Muro San Stae nearby had fab service, quality of food and house wine and the best pizza I’ve ever had! A great weekend in a great apartment

Tolle & vorallem sehr saubere Unterkunft. Das Meer und Restaurants waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz vorhanden, finde ich wichtig wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Wir hatten zwei Hunde dabei & es war kein Problem, im Gegenteil Danilo war sehr freundlich. Auch Triest für einen Tagesausflug ist schnell zu erreichen. Würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen!

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!

We had a great time in Mirjam's apartment. When we arrived everything was as described and very clean and homey. We immediately loved it. The view from the big balcony is unique and beautiful, on the other balcony we could also see the sea but with a little more shade. So all in all everything was perfect and we would love to come again! Thank you so much ❤️

Ein Kurzaufenthalt von drei Nächten. Es war alles perfekt. Majda war zwar selbst nicht da, aber ihre Schwiegertochter hat sich bestens um alles gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war mit unserem Hund "Filou" im September für 12 Nächte bei Tamara, bzw. Ihren Eltern, zu Gast. Wir wurden ganz herzlich empfangen, kamen in ein sehr sauberes und liebevoll ausgestattetes Apartment direkt neben dem Pool. Angenehm war das abgeschlossene Grundstück auf dem ich auch das Auto parken durfte. Zentral gelegen um alles gut zu erreichen, Supermarkt, Strand und Restaurants welche mir von Stjepan empfohlen wurden . Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Victor en zijn familie waren zeer vriendelijk. het appartement was zeer schoon en ideaal voor 2 personen. heerlijk zwembad. perfecte uitvalsbasis om Istrië te ontdekken.

Nikolas war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles super erklärt. Der Check-in hat super funktioniert. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern sauber und ordentlich mit einem großen Garten. Die Abende haben wir auf der Dachterrasse verbracht. Wir haben viel unternommen z.B. Venedig, Höle von Postojna, Strand in Grado, Strand Marina Julia Monfalcone, Ljubljana, Tolmin-Klamm.... Tolle Gegend. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

l'appartamento di Vera Marta è veramente spazioso, ha tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. assolutamente consigliato anche per l'ottima posizione, per visitare in macchina tante varie città del veneto e del friuli venezia giulia.

Peaceful oasis in the heart of it all!! From the moment you enter the gate, to the moment you turn the corner to the flat....it takes your breath away. Beautiful, peaceful luxury, almost unreal for the location. The flat is beautiful, spotless and well appointed with absolutely everything you could possibly need for two persons. The outdoor space is the star for sure. Peaceful, comfortable and a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the old town. A place to kick back with a glass of wine and listen to nature all around you, stunningly beautiful. The fact that you have use of bikes was such a bonus as the waterfront just begs for you to explore. We were truly grateful to have the bikes and navigate the park and beaches so close to the flat.....remarkable add on!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and all your helpful tips and friendly communication. We will not soon forget your beautiful property and hope to return. We enjoyed the stay very much! The house is really wonderful, very spacious for 8 people and great restored! Especially the natural stone floor on the ground floor is a real treat in summer when the temperatures are warm! The house is very well equipped and sparkling clean! Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Celestina's Airbnb and had a wonderful experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the lovely pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the serene surroundings. The street was nice and quiet, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Celestina herself was a fantastic host, always attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway.

Anna's place was perfect for our group. I only wish we could communicate better (there was an English/German language barrier), but she was very friendly and the place is within a 15 min drive of many different kinds of beaches. You will need a car, it is not a place where you can walk to much, but it's in a quiet community. The pool was wonderful, and the A/C's kept us very cool

Bezaubernder Ort! Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kinder und wir fanden den Garten wunderschön und sehr liebevoll gepflegt! Jody ist ein besonders gastfreundlicher Gastgeber und war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Dieser Ort ist in jedem Fall mehr als eine einfache Unterkunft! Auch die Ausstattung war überaus großzügig. wir kommen bestimmt wieder!🥰🙏

Klaus’ Villa war ein absoluter Traum und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen – sie ist nicht nur wie auf den Bildern, sondern sogar noch schöner! Man spürt die Liebe zum Detail in jeder Ecke, die Terrasse, der wunderschöne Garten und der herrliche Pool sind pure Entspannung. Die Outdoorküche mit dem Holzkohlegrill rundet das Erlebnis perfekt ab! Klaus ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber – immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Das persönliche Willkommen und der umfangreiche Info-Ordner voller toller Tipps waren einfach klasse. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt, was für unseren energiegeladenen Hund ideal war. Die Privatsphäre war dank der Hecken und Zäune bestens geschützt. Cepljani ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt! Rovinj, Porec und Novigrad sind gut erreichbar, und Umag ist nur fünf Minuten entfernt. Besonders empfehlen können wir die Pizzeria in Babici – Klaus’ Tipp war goldrichtig! Lieber Klaus, vielen Dank für diese traumhafte Zeit! Wir hoffen sehr, bald wiederzukommen! 😊

Unser Urlaub in diesem Haus war einfach klasse. Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Pool ist toll und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Terrassen bieten viel Platz und sind alle prima. Das Haus ist genauso, wie es beschrieben wird. Sämtliche Dinge, wie Seife, Schwämme, Öl und noch vieles mehr sind neu. Es sah alles so aus, als wäre noch nie jemand da gewesen.Allea sehr sauber und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Einfach nur schön. Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber mit dem Auto kommt man schnell überall hin. Im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Stand, der immer frisches Obst und Gemüse da hat. Es lohnt sich, diesen zu unterstützen. Aber der Knaller sind die Vermieter. Die beiden kümmern sich um alles. Sie sind immer bereit Tipps zu geben und man wird auch zwischendurch mit Leckereien versorgt. Die beiden sind super nett. Insgesamt kann ich diesen Ort einfach nur empfehlen. Das war sicher nicht unser letztes Mal.
