Our quaint town, 8 miles north of Mt. Washington, is a prime location for everything outdoors: year round HIKING, (1.7 miles to AT) & BIKING trails, 100s of groomed ATV/snowmobile trails, swim, fish, canoe, kayak and tube the pristine rivers, waterfalls & emerald pools and SKI THE SKI RESORTS within 10-30 miles. The small town of Gorham caters to tourists: a dozen great restaurants, antique & gift shops, railroad museum, opera house & town common all within easy walking distance of the studio.

Welcome to 76 East, a renovated 100 year old farmhouse located in the heart of nature's playground. Snowmobile, ATV, hiking (AT=8 miles) and horse trails are within minutes of the house. Skiing at Black Mountain, Sunday River, and Mt. Abram is within a short drive. Fishing, hunting, biking, boating, swimming and more are available within our town. Our cozy rural town will provide you with a quiet "get away from it all" atmosphere. This guesthouse suits all of your needs for a comfortable stay.

Sweet 1-Bedroom Apartment in Vintage Village Cape

Built roughly 200 years ago, the traditional cape housing this first-floor apartment is located on a hilltop above the Royal River, just steps from restaurants, trails, and waterfront. It's been thoroughly renovated, and features pretty much all the comforts of home—including a full kitchen with dishwasher, a wood-burning fireplace insert, an all-natural mattress (super comfy), and a clawfoot tub-equipped bathroom. One mile from Route 26! Charming apartment with private locked entrance and separate driveway attached to historic 1880s farmhouse in the foothills of Western Maine. Clean and cozy, it has one bedroom with a queen bed and two sofa sleepers which make it a great spot for a couple or a family of four. We're only fifteen minutes to Mt. Abram and 30 minutes to Sunday River. There's easy-access to snowmobile trails and Moose Pond right across the road. Oxford Casino is 30 minutes south.

In the tiny mountain town of Gorham, NH,. you will find The Banker's Suite on the the second floor of an historic 128 year old bank building. Featuring high ceilings, 3 large rooms, 1 1/2 baths, a king size bed, and beautiful contemporary design . 11 windows will bring you bright sunshine, views of the Western most Mahoosuc Range and the northern White Mountains sunsets, our gardens and a rural Main Street. We think of this spot as a little bit "urban" in the Great North Woods.

Sunny studio with king bed, private entrance, garage parking. Small but complete kitchen (under counter refrigerator). Great views of the Wildcat river. WiFi, cable. 1 mile to Jackson cross country trails and close to the village of Jackson. Non smoking. The space is 500 square feet. There is a two night minimum stay. Pet friendly. Starting in 2025, we will allow 1 dog without charge. You will be charged $40/stay for a second dog. Please supply information on breed and size.

Spacious, quiet carriage house in the Western Maine foothills nestled between farmhouse and barn. 15 acres of gardens, meadows and woods. Great for meandering and wandering about, walking the labyrinth, resting in the shade garden and orchid. Sleeps five. Great for time with family and friends, as well as solitude. We gladly accept persons 21 and older. We welcome children and infants. 4 miles north of Farmington towards Sugarloaf.
