Well equipped house within very short walking distance to quite, private beach. Great amenities -- including bikes, kayak and paddle board. Private beach was gorgeous and very dog friendly, water was calm and shallow. Short driving distance to Lewes for great food, including terrific crabs.

This was (I believe) our fourth or fifth stay at John’s place (we’ve clearly made it a tradition). Coming here feels like home, the town home is super clean, easy to navigate, and perfect for a day at the beach, relaxation and a movie, or just hanging out and relaxing. I look forward to this multiple times a year since finding John!

Wonderful 3-night stay in a very cute rental home! Great communication with the owner and she even let us know that we could enter our rental hours before the official check-in. The home was very clean and I would recommend!

Lovely, calming place and location! Place is as shown, and you can hear the ocean and watch sunrise from one of the bedrooms. The front porch was great for relaxing and reading. The fenced yard perfect for our dog; she had so much fun sniffing the ocean air and playing ball. The house is in a quieter part of town, but a 10 min easy walk via beach or boardwalk to shops and restaurants. We misread the kitchenette description: there are no pots/pans for cooking, but making toast or reheating leftovers was easy (and there was also a BBQ grill). Place was clean, and Carol was a great host. Would love to stay again!

This was my second time staying at John's and it was just a wonderful this time around. Easy walk to the beach, wonderful view from the deck onto the channel, and nearby restaurants and grocery store. My dogs and I love the location, layout, views, and amenities (dogs especially love napping in the sunshine on the deck), and will 100% come back in the future!

I really enjoy my stay here. It was very peaceful and affordable. Easy to check Definitely would stay here again when i come back .

The cottage was exactly as described. The host was very response and proactively communicated with us about various accommodation.

Our stay was great- we all enjoyed it. Ryans place was adorable, very clean, comfortable, enough room for all, and a good location. Ryan was always responsive the couple of times I reached out with questions. I would definitely recommend his place and I would absolutely stay there again!

Katherine’s place is a great stay! The view from the balcony is lovely and the photos online are accurate. The bed was also probably the most comfortable bed we’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The location is just a few blocks from the start of the boardwalk and there are many restaurants within quick walking distance. It is very closer to one of the Jolly Roger locations that has a water park and a go kart section. It is however a longer walk (over 30 blocks) from the busiest part of the boardwalk. Because of this though it makes the are much quieter so it all depends on what you are looking for. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again! In addition Kathryne was very responsive and even ordered and extra fire stick for one of the rooms so we could try and get Disney+ in there for our kids - above and beyond. Thank you for a great stay.

The place was optimum for our mini vacay. We absolutely loved the area, it was peaceful and relaxing and the amenities were just right. Jaqueline remained open and available for communication and was very clear in her expectations of us as guest. Definitely 5 Stars!

Great stay at a fantastic location. This property has a lot to offer with four bedrooms and three decks, lots of comfortable seating and just a 3-minute walk to the beach. We had an enjoyable weekend and would certainly come back again.

We had a wonderful time at John‘s condo! The location can’t be beat and it offered everything we needed. We had little issue with the dishwasher and washing machine, but John responded very promptly and took care of everything quick as could be. Highly recommend!

Rodrigo’s place was beautiful and in a superb location! There were a few hiccups in the beginning but Rodrigo made every effort to fix the issues as swiftly as possible. The apartment has many great details such as towel warmers and two balconies. The hotel itself had some really awesome amenities such as an indoor pool and a movie theater. There is also beach access behind the hotel. We had a great experience at Rodrigo’s and I highly recommend it to anyone vacationing in Ocean City Maryland!

Seth was extremely responsive and accommodated us for a last-minute getaway, making for a seamless experience. The condo has a lovely view of the beach and ocean, which made for a relaxing spot to start or end the day. This condo was a perfect long-weekend getaway spot for us in the off-season and was equipped nicely for in-season use.

The Time-n-Tide condo was great! Very well furnished, great decor, excellent amenities and great location. We felt very relaxed and comfortable during our stay, super cozy. Tina & Daryl we're very helpful with information and responsive to any questions we had. We hope to stay here again - great choice and value.

Had been dreaming about this place for a few years and finally got to go. It did not disappoint. Being right on the beach was so important for our family and the space was very cute and functional. Also had tons of chairs and activities.

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and clean. Everything was as described. Beds were so comfy had a great sleep. Perfect for couples or families. This unit allows for privacy since the primary suite is on the 3rd level and the other 2 rooms are on the second level. Very convenient that each bedroom has a bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need . We brought our bikes with us, we were not concerned at all with leaving them in the parking garage. Very safe area. We definitely recommend for your next stay in Ocean City.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Shelly’s place on the boardwalk in Ocean City! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The views were absolutely stunning, and we loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings and evenings. Shelly was an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and clearly thoughtful about every detail. The location was perfect: peaceful and quiet, right on the boardwalk and short walk/drive from restaurants, and attractions. My family felt right at home from the moment we walked in, and we’re already talking about coming back. Thank you, Shelly, for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This place is such a gem! The home was exactly what we expected — and more! The location is amazing and the setting is so serene and peaceful. The house was well-equipped with towels, linens and kitchen essentials. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms make it perfect for a family! Tom and Jess answered our questions quickly and were laid back and respectful of our time there. We will definitely book again.

Michael’s place was wonderful and very worth the price. All amenities as listed as well as clean. It’s a perfect place if you are looking for something super close to the beach - literally 1 minute from Michael’s place to the sidewalk…and another minute to our spot on the beach. We highly recommend, and we will be back!

Excellent view out every window. Lots of natural light as well as many lamps and overhead lighting for reading and planning your next day’s activities. Nice to walk the beach right outside the bottom floor. Lots of hooks and mirrors everywhere. Grocery store was right across the street which made it easy to get creamers and sugar and laundry detergent which we couldn’t find in the condo. My husband wants to make this our must stop on our way to and fro Florida as we are snowbirds!

So glad to have stayed at Debbie's place in Ocean Beach. I highly recommend sitting on her balcony after dark and just listening to the crash of the ocean. The view alone made it worthwhile. And this part of Ocean Beach, at-least in the winter/spring, is incredibly quiet. The apartment is great, and if you are coming from a nearby city, the request to bring your own sheets, towels and paper products isn't such a big deal. Great place on the ocean.
