Located in the Sunderland Bay area on Phillip Island Victoria, home of the world famous Penguin Parade, within 10 minutes walk of Surfies Point Surf beach and 3 km from safe surf beach at Smiths Beach. The cottage built in 2014 is modern, fully self- contained, perfect for couples or a family with off street parking and safe play yard for children. Wheelchair ramp, Highchair & portable cot.

'FLORIDA' - TRANQUIL BEACH HOUSE RETREAT

Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.

'Edgewater' is a unique beachfront property in a superb location on Red Rocks Beach. Recently updated this quaint 3 bdm fibro beach shack is set on a sprawling half acre block. It's stunning water views are best appreciated from the large gazebo fully equipped with an outdoor TV & fireplace, pool table, speakers, dining table, couches & BBQ. The yard has play equipment, tree house and slide making it a perfect getaway for young families.
