My first time in Washington st. The place was nice, the front door needed weather stripping, because there was gaps that let air in all around. otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Great location, clean, and comfortable.

This was our second stay and it didn’t disappoint. Dee is an excellent hostess. The house is always clean and has great personal touches.

Definitely a good deal if your looking for a bed for 1 person, there are notably no close hotels in West Richland so this was a very good time saver for me visiting relatives nearby.

Christina is very responsive and helpful. Clear instructions.

This is our second time staying at Grant Place with our 3 young children, but even enjoyed it more this time getting to make use of the lovely fenced backyard during a beautiful sunny spring week. There’s lush green grass that’s well maintained and a fireplace with comfortable outdoor seating for 4. The hosts have been always kind, thoughtful, and responsive. Look forward to our next stay.

Awesome location! Walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants, a park and the river path. We rode our bikes every day and had a wonderful time. The house was cozy and had some fun touches. Nice, comfortable beds were a definite plus. We would book again.

Immaculate place. Our family had a great time with lots of room to play. I recommend staying here if you have a more prominent family. Great hosts and response time is extremely fast. Very friendly. All around 10/10. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find, fenced backyard with plenty of room for kids to play. Very clean and tidy. We absolutely enjoyed our short vacation here.

Very nice peaceful and quiet home. Tori was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The backyard is fenced in leading to a very private stay in a neighborhood. The front yard is on a busy street but when you enter the home it all disappears. The interior is absolutely beautiful and well put together. We will definitely try to book again when we drive through the Tri Cities.
