Okkk first i want to say…Andres was the perfect host! He helped me in every way possible! I booked this beautiful place hours before my arrival! He made sure i was able to have a place to stay during my 4 day vacation! He was very responsive & very fast! I would not lie this home is perfect! The home is beautiful! You will love everything about it! My favorite part of the home is the view! Being able to walk down the pier & sit & watch the ocean! & it’s very private! So it’s only your view! I loved the hammock by the ocean! It was amazing & so beautiful! The pool was also one of my favorites! The home was very very clean it smelled good i felt right at home! The home has balconies so you can also enjoy the view coming from the bedroom! The master bedroom has a hammock out its balcony as well! I loved it soooo much! I’m going to tell you now BOOK THIS HOME! You will love it just like we did! 10/10 10 star stay! Andres is the best THANK YOU FOR BEING THE PERFECT HOST!

A lovely home in a residential neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful, with super friendly security guards at the gate. The decor was very modern, with cozy chairs and a large family size sofa. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a great lady who does laundry and a great cafe that does delicious breakfast within a 1-minute walk. Mike is a super flexible host, always great to communicate with, and gave us great local recommendations. Highly recommend for family stays!

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

I absolutely loved this place and it will be my go to anytime I visit Mexico.. 10/10 HIGHLYYYYYY RECOMMEND you will not be disappointed… we took a uber for party area and it was about $10… this location is perfect.. we felt very safe in this quiet neighborhood.. The cleaning lady was super sweet .. I was running ahead of time and didn’t realize it was early check in she allowed us to drop our bags off as she finished and we were able to get our adventure started.. I greatly appreciated that.. ** be sure to tip her hard work** I didn’t get a chance to use the jacuzzi but I did sleep outside on the deck … it was pretty cool and relaxing… thank you guys for allowing us to stay in your home and I’ll see you again soon….. BOOOOOKKKKKK IT NOWWWWW

We had a wonderful stay at Cedric and Nayeliy’s place! The house is spacious, comfortable, and located in a beautiful, peaceful area. Everything was clean and well-prepared for our arrival. Communication with our hosts was excellent, they were always quick to respond and flexible, which made everything even easier and more enjoyable. We felt right at home and truly appreciated the little details that made the stay so pleasant. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to. Highly recommended!

it's a great choice if you get a car or just do not plan on to hotel zone. the location is good, not far from everything. shops and restaurants are in walkable distance. the house itself is neat. very nice terrace with the pool. the neighborhood is quiet that's if you are fornd of good night sleep after all the activities. I would really recommend. the hosts are great. very responsive friendly and always respond quickly. great stay. I will go back again

This Airbnb has become one of my top three most beautiful Airbnb‘s that I’ve ever stayed at. I just don’t know where to begin from the mixture of the Homie and Hotel feel to the instant aromatherapy when you walk in this establishment is elegant, classy Homie, and definitely the ultimate place to let your hair down and unwind. I had such an amazing time Surprising my sister for our birthday. The beds are beyond comfortable. The TVs are huge. The central air conditioning is amazing whoever who decorated the inside kudos to you I can go on and on about how much this place was worth the experience and the time spent we eat him booked a private chef who came and cooked some authentic food for us I must say this will go down in history as one of the best birthday experiences I’ve ever hadthank you so much and I can’t wait to book with you very very soon again.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et est très pratique. L’arrivée très ludique bec des explications claires. Correspond parfaitement à un logement utiles pour familles ou groupes d’amis. Les point de récupération des activités en bus ne sont pas loin ce qui est très pratique. Bravo à Raul et Elisa qui ont veiller par message à ce que le séjour ce soit dérouler au mieux possible. Merci beaucoup, je recommande 100%

Stefania's place is as seen in the pictures, and things work as expected: the AC in the bedroom works well; kitchen is fully stocked; Internet is fast; a jug of drinking water was provided. The outdoor patio is really nice, especially in the morning as the sun is coming up, and in the evening when the temperature cools off. The location is close to restaurants and the Ultramar ferry terminal for a trip to Isla Mujeres. The bedroom has air conditioning, but the main unit does not. It wasn't an issue for us, as a nice ocean breeze came in through the windows and back-door when we were there. It really helped to keep the front-door open. The room was warm but not hot. As others have noted, there can be loud noise from car speakers and loud motorcycles later in the evening.

By far the best experience i’ve had. Location was great, Walkable places. Beautifull view from the balcony. Definitely coming back and was worth it.

Excelente lugar, todo muy limpio y en excelentes condiciones, la vista al mar desde la habitación es espectacular, hay un restaurante también eso fue un punto bueno, el anfitrión excelente, siempre nos dio las indicaciones y dato necesarios para llegar, la ubicación del lugar es muy buena para aquellos que desean estar mas cerca del aeropuerto. una casa muy bonita es fantástica cumple con todo lo que publica y para aquellos que quieren la tranquilidad es la perfecta casa, así mismo tienes muchas carreteras cercanas para los diferentes puntos turísticos que gusten visitar

This was a great place to stay and the host was top notch. Had a minor bathroom issue that was not in their control and they fixed it immediately. I would recommend this Airbnb for anyone. One thing I did like was that there was a security check in station to enter the community

L’appartement correspondait parfaitement à la description. Un peu excentré du centre, mais les taxis et Uber sont facilement disponibles. Plusieurs commerces de proximité et le quartier est très sécurisé. On se sent vraiment en sécurité. La piscine est juste à côté du logement. Le logement était propre et climatisé, avec tout ce qu’il faut à disposition. Le seul petit bémol, c’est le pommeau de douche. L’eau sort un peu faiblement, ce qui est un peu gênant. Mais à part ça, tout est parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours ou même quelques semaines. Adrian est vraiment à l’écoute et répond à toutes les questions.

Fantastic stay and overall experience! The condo is in a beautiful and safe (gated) area right on the ocean. A comfortable bed upstairs and a futon downstairs. Fans and AC work well. TV has streaming services. All necessary kitchen items. Luxurious view. Small space with tight loft- but was perfect for the two of us. The restaurant on-site is really good (open 9-9) and affordable. Great options next door also. The pools and lounge area were well taken care of. Elevator to/from room was quick. Head downstairs, walk through the pool area, and get to a clean sandy beach in minutes. Easily hop on one of the frequently passing red buses (R1 or R2) outside the hotel for only 12 pesos, and it takes you downtown. Same bus back. Karen was a friendly and quick communicator! I wanted a break from the typical all inclusive trips. Would highly recommend!!! Thank you

We had a fantastic time at Andrea's place. Check-in was well explained and super easy. We hired a car and the automatic key-fob meant we had secure parking with an automatic gate - both reassuring and easy. We catered most nights and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The balcony was a super plus - it's located on the corner which meant we got the sun all day unlike some of the other apartments in the block. Andrea responded really quickly to any enquiries we had and was helpful in suggesting places we might want to visit. She also left a nice like welcome drink and nibbles for us upon our arrival.

El hospedaje es lo que necesitamos cumplió al 100% nuestras expectativas no le faltaba nada. El anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros y muy claro todo.

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

La ubicación es ideal, a pocos metros de los principales atractivos turísticos y con opciones de comida y bebida cerca. El anfitrión es amable y atento. Recomendado 100%. Hola toda la estancia estuvo muy bien, estaba limpio solo hubo un detalle en unos de los baños te bañabas y el agua se salía de la regadera lo cual ocasionaba que que el piso del baño quedara todo mojado

El departamento nos encantó, está súper cerca de la playa ballenas, estaba muy cómodo para las 6 personas que nos alojamos en el, sin duda volvería a quedarme con mi familia aquí. Tomen en cuenta que no cuenta con elevador por lo que hay que subir escaleras para entrar. Los camiones pasan muy cerca del condominio, buenos restaurantes en la zona
