So far the best airbnb near Pacdal. I just want to commend how spacious the place is. So clean, so comfortable. We can’t stop saying wow. The best part is the host, Ms. Christine. She was so kind in accommodating us. She even granted my request which I don’t think a lot of host could grant. I love Ms. Christine. My family enjoyed the place so much. Very nice place! Ma’am Ajoh was really generous and accommodating 🥺 we enjoyed our stay here. the place is really clean and neat. the beddings, towels are all newly washed, she even provided toiletries. kitchen necessities are complete. The location is pretty convenient as well, there’s a convenience store across the place and a jeep terminal to baguio plaza too. check-in and check-out are adjustable also. Thank you ma’am! we’ll book this again when we return to baguio ❤️

Nice and cozy place! however, we thought there was an available complimentary coffee as what mentioned in the details. No problem at all, the place is so clean and quiet. All kitchenwares and equipments are available. Hoping to booking this place again.

We enjoyed our stay.! We love the unit, it was so homey, ramdam tlga with the fog and everything. Convenience store and some kainan are really accessible, also with the transporation. On top of it, Maam Sheena and Sir Jerome were very responsive, and accommodating. They helped us in all our queries with no hassle, from booking to checkout. What i love about them is they were proactive. They told us when we arrived that there was a concern with the TV remote, and they assisted well. Will be back! Super recommended to have this airbnb ✨🤗

We had a wonderful stay at this transient house. It was huge and clean. The area is more private a little steps away from the noise of the main road. Billy have us the place with best view to appreciate the Baguio. We will definitely back again.

The place is very clean n arrange well. They have wifi and tv also kitchen stuff. Only thing they don’t provide the towels.. additional payment for the towels if you requested it. We accidentally broke one of the plate due to big space between the plate holder,, I just pay it because we’re the one who’s responsible for it. Over all our stay is very good.. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

The place is at least a 15-20 minute walk from the plaza, Session Road, Burnham Park. It is close to the main road so public transpos are accessible. Though it might be a bit of labor to walk most specially if you're going to bring an elderly (since the place is at the 2nd floor of the house). Nevertheless, our overall experience for our stay was great. Would recommend this to my friends!

The place was amazing. We loved the location and how clean it was upon arrival. It was peaceful and even better in person! The host was kind and responsive to all our needs. Definitely recommend this place if you are planning a trip to Baguio!

Host went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He was very responsive to our messages, entertained all our questions, and even let us check-in and out late. He greeted and chatted with us when we arrived despite it being a bit late and gave us a short orientation. When we accidentally left a container of meds after checkout, he coordinated with us to have it picked up at their place. The house was a short distance away from the main road and to get there you have to pass through a very steep and narrow road -- but I guess that's just how it is in Baguio. The place was spotless, very spacious for seven people, and only eight minutes away from the city center. Complete amenities from toiletries to kitchenware. He and his wife even delivered freshly laudered towels on our second night. Would book their place again when we go back to Baguio.

The transaction went smoothly from inquiry til check out. It was one of our best stays in Baguio. The place was exactly like in the photos: clean, spacious and has a great view. The host was very responsive and friendly. I would book him again in our next visit :)

Ma'am Mia and her caretaker Ms. Janics are very responsive and friendly. All our queries were answered, as this is our first staycation trip reservation since the pandemic hit, we have lots of question regarding the triage. They were even very kind to allow us to check in early and check out late for free. We arrived at Baguio before 10 in the morning and they let us checked in 1 hour ealier. And we booked our trip back to Manila at 6pm and they let us stay at the place until 3pm. We were very grateful and we really appreciate their kindness. The place is also very peaceful. There were signage at the corridors that parties and loud music are not allowed, so it was very perfect for us, as we like to enjoy the places we visit quietly. This trip is to celebrate our son's birthday and our anniversary, so our special trip was really made special more because of ma'am Mia's place. This is highly recommendable.

My family had a great stay. The unit is at the 3rd floor but we didn't mind the stairs. Check in was easy, the security guard at the gate was courteous. The place is very private and quiet even if it's just a few minute walk from mines view park. The unit has all the declared amenities and is well kept in general, except some fixtures that need minor repairs/replacement. Place is also pet friendly. Carlo was also very responsive with our concerns, definitely a great host. We'd love to stay again for our future Baguio trips.

The location is the main advantage. This is so close to the Cathedral, SM and Session Road. You’ll save money by just walking to tourist spots and no longer need to commute. Amenities are complete, they have all the basic things you need. There is kitchen if you need it and bathroom is spacious. Balcony has a good view of the city. Suggestion: Needs minor renovation and upgrade. The big mirror may be replaced or removed, it is kinda creepy with all the black spots. Book shelves can be removed to have more hallway space and lighter vibes. Overall, this is 100% recommended stay. Thankful for their flexible check in process.

Communication with the host was also smooth and easy, which made the entire experience even better. One minor suggestion would be to improve the lighting around the dining area, which also serves as the workstation. It was a bit dim for working at night, but aside from that small detail, everything else was absolutely perfect. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again without hesitation.
