The Ranch Guest House is a private adobe home positioned on a working ranch in the beautiful Texas hill country. Just a couple miles outside of Burnet we’re close enough to make a quick trip to town and just far enough away to enjoy the peaceful countryside. The Guest House is located on a small hilltop overlooking cattle grazing land giving us amazing sunrises and sunsets to enjoy as well as plenty of wildlife. Bring your friends and family and get a taste of the true Texas Hill Country.

Rustler's Crossing

Our Rustler's Crossing Cabin is nestled in the woods amongst large oak trees. If your looking for a very private secluded stay, this is for you! Parking is 130 feet from cabin. Plenty of room to park your trailers if you are mountain biking or boating. You can enjoy the porch all night if you like howling at the moon and stars. Enjoy the goats, Don Juan is the main man, Pedro is the chief rabbit. Cabin is equipped with full size refrigerator, large country sink and a two burner stove.

The Indian Camp draw is a peaceful spot nestled in the beautiful pecan trees. Our goal is to provide a place you can call home and love enough to revisit! Enjoy the freshly updated home with your family, friends or co-workers while you visit the surrounding countryside. We have chairs and a swing on your front porch to sit and enjoy the wildlife that come roam through our pecan trees. We are 10 miles from the beautiful Colorado Bend State Park.

The 801 Cottage

In Lampasas and just a short drive to the Colorado Bend State Park! Pet friendly ( pets must be crated inside the home when left alone ) There is a $40 pet fee. Please don’t try to sneak a dog in, April the housekeeper will know trust me. This home can sleep up to 6 guests ( with fold down couch ). Visit all our colorful painted murals! Shop Antiques on the square or visit one of our many near by wineries!

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind mini barndominium cottage. Located on 2 beautifully wooded acres only 8 miles from historic Lampasas, Texas. Six miles off main route of 281 north. Perfect location and halfway point between Weatherford and Ft Worth when driving to San Antonio. Come enjoy a private studio cottage, just right for a quick weekend getaway or stay for a month.

Come stay for a relaxing peaceful time in the woods overlooking the San Gabriel River. It is a safe wonderful get-a-way for fresh air and shaded walks.We have Volleyball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Tetherball, Firepit, and a Pool for you and your family and friends to enjoy. Just let us know , and we will provide the equipment . Sorry but we will not be able to host parties.

587 Ranch - Near Colorado Bend State Park

587 Ranch has a million dollar view. The cabin is set on a hill overlooking the 5,328 acre Colorado Bend State Park. The ranch is 587 acres and covered in wildlife. We have 7 wildlife viewing stands where we also feed the animals. Note: Advance day pass and camping reservations are required for the State Park. Reserve them online or by calling Colorado Bend State Park.
