It's a very nice Airbnb . Location is close to everything. it's a set of 2 bedroom apartments. Apartments has everything you need for comfortable stay . property is nice and clean. property also has a nice pool with some balls for you to play in it. 24 hour reception desk was really helpful to check-in check-out at odd times. people at desk are very helpful in booking taxi rides and overall helping you. Host also was very helpful to provide whatever information we need. Appreciate all the help.

We stayed at Gurpreet's place for two nights. It is as described in the listing. We had reached earlier and they accomodated an early check in. The process is smooth. The house is close to the main Candolim area but around it there are a few options, everything is about a km away. Since we were driving this was not an issue. At check in there were two minor issues - 1. the water filter was not working and this was highlighted by Jay P himself. Enough bottled water was supplied for the stay. 2. One of the sheets had some minor stains and Jay P changed it immediately. There were enough clean towels and some basic toiletries. Both Gurpreet and Jay P are very responsive and helpful. Rooms are nice and all appliances and wifi work well. Only suggestion for improvement would be a bit thicker mattress in the main bedroom.

The apartment is good. Worth your money. The location is quite convenient, 3 minutes to the super market, 10 minutes to the beach. There were some temporary problems with the cold water supply, but it was not dependent on the host, something at the level of the building management company. The host has put in a lot of effort to solve these problems. He also helped solve any problems, even the chargeback issue at a nearby supermarket.

Location is really good for a longer stay because everything is a stones throw away....groceries, places to eat, pharmacies etc.

Rupesh came to our rescue when we weren't able to find another place due to a mix-up with the previous host. He helped us with the last minute booking at a fairly reasonable price. My stay at Rupesh's place was amazing. He is super friendly and always responsive. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped. They have a well stocked kitchen, smart televisions in both bedrooms. Hi speed Internet allows you to work from home uninterrupted if required. Caretaker Mr. Nasir gladly helped us with the laundry and housekeeping. There are many popular restaurants/bars in the vicinity. Vagator beach is around 10 kilometres away. The building complex also houses a swimming pool. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Looks like pictures ! large space, clean, simple and very close to great resturants and 5-10 minute walk to beach. Communication was fast and appropriate (help re taxi costs etc) Huge fridge and access to a kitchen if we wanted (we did not use or see it but spoke to other guests who have also stayed many times there and keep returning) Overall a great stay Recomended restaurants - Alexs place (on beach) breakfast lunch and sunset dinners (always fresh food) CamRon resturant (2 min walk from accom) Pentagon - £2 taxi or 10 min walk - live music and great good

I stayed two days: the day before my wedding and the night after. The stay was very pleasant and comfortable.

wonderful stay at one of their other properties. it was well equipped, nice location with good amenities. really enjoyed being here. the staff working at the property were also very courteous and nice.

Bruce is a good person and is helpful and accommodating and is proactive. His wife Fiona and the rest of the family who live right next door were also friendly and courteous. It’s a quiet and safe place almost between panjim and north Goa. We were provided jars of packaged drinking water during our stay and everything was great..the mattress was a hard one- helped us sleep better :) hot water,washing machine,fridge,tv,ac,induction..everything was in good working condition and the supplies were just a small walk away. Small decorations reflected Bruce’s personal touch:) We hired the bike and even during peak season he didn’t over charge - very modest ..much appreciated ! Sweet of the family to gift us a bottle of port wine on Christmas and help us attend the Christmas eve mass We highly recommend this place . 👍🏻👍🏻

We stayed for three days and found this location to be like home away from home, with decent facilities, a nice property with amentis, and the most amazing view across the river and greenery. It is well connected to all regions of Goa by road and dabolim airport is just 10-15 mins away . For my family and me, this is a stay to remember. We are grateful to our wonderful host, Kartik Uppal ji, for a smooth and comfortable check-in and check-out experience.

Neat and Clean place, very responsive host, well maintained property and very close to markets and all. Must stay property if you are in South Goa.

Staff is good and helping, however i would suffest its better have sofa then two sepetate chairs in common room, also the bed has aged well time to replace it, rest everything was good.

Its a excellent experience staying here . The place was peaceful and clean . Keep the good work. We will definitely come again next time

This place a very much couple friendly, easy to find and private property. Beach is also just 2-3km max from this location. Also the daily needs shop is just below the apartment so it was easy to access. We definitely come again for spending time through BNB.
