Amy has a lovely cottage - great outside space, good sized rooms, well equipped with nice fixtures and fittings, handy parking with EV charging. The location was perfect for a long weekend, and it’s very handy having a nice pub and shop in walking distance. Really wonderful stay - would definitely come back again!

First of all we have to give credit to Ashley who was a fantastic host. Had a minor issue and Ashley responded and dealt with it straight away. It was clear he wanted to ensure his guests had a perfect stay. The cottage itself was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. Extremely spacious and stocked with all the items you might need. The garden and outdoor hot tub/living area is incredible. We were fortunate to have good weather during Easter and I imagine during the warmer months it would be even more idyllic. We had three children in our party and they loved all the space. Location is ideal for exploring the island. We went to The Needles, Shanklin, Sandown, Tapnell Farm and Robin Hill and were never more than 25 minutes away. Highly recommend Ashley's cottage and we can't wait to return one day.

We have just spent the Easter weekend at this wonderful cottage - 4 adults and 2 children under 6 years old, and I have to say that Joel & Gaby’s place near the new forest is absolutely fabulous. Very spacious and ideal if you are looking for a getaway with a hot tub and table tennis in the garden. The cottage is in a great location, about 10 min drive to Paultons Park with peppa pig world so an absolute must for kids. It’s also not far from the new forest itself and Lyndhurst town. It was really tidy & clean, with a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms stocked with fresh towels. We were left a lovely gift on arrival of fresh bread, milk, eggs and a bottle of Prosecco which was an absolute treat! I couldn’t recommend this cottage more - thank you Joel & Gaby we had a fabulous time and would stay again in future.

The converted stable has been finished to a very high standard and is absolutely beautiful. Fabulous bathroom with a lovely roll top bath as well as an excellent shower. Kitchen finished to a very high spec with all needed utensils in place. Bed was extremely comfortable with great quality pillows & duvet. The hot tub was the icing on the cake, which we enjoyed every day. We were lucky enough to see two red squirrels when out walking early in the morning as well as a barn owl 🥰

Absolute perfection and nothing less! Run like a 5 star resort. Stunning grounds, well thought out extras and extremely cosy. The pond and animals are a bonus as they make the visit feel even more homely. The shop is adorable and such a clever idea. The place was immaculate. Cannot complain one bit. Don’t give it a second thought.

Thank you, Melanie and Ian, for a wonderful Easter weekend stay! Mulberry Cottage was the perfect home base for exploring the Isle of Wight by day and winding down in peace by night. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches - fireplace glowing on arrival, prosecco and milk in the fridge, cosy bathrobes for the hot tub, blankets and board games! Highly recommend Mulberry Cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-cared-for escape on the island.

Lovely way to spend a few days over the Easter hols the kids. The house has everything you need and is very comfortable, thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely little cottage. Really cosy and plenty of space. Great pubs nearby all in walking distance, and some lovely walks too. Great place to take the dogs! Thank you for such a lovely break!

Communication was quick and easy with Natasha. Drove through New Forest and saw the wild horses, then soon at the Ferry. Ferry was very well organised and they even knew our names at the check in booth! Access was straightforward, very clean and tidy throughout. Literally less than 10 mins from ferry, but far enough away in a quiet little area. Beautiful clean cosy cottage, very comfortable living. Situated in an excellent position.Small gated garden opening out onto large grass area.Then steps down to beach and licensed cafe. Forest to left of the cottage-long walks and great views. Super dog friendly-seemed every where in the Isle of Wight-in multiple cafes,pubs and restaurants, dogs spoilt, given their own complementary treats and water!Fully recommended for a couple(s) or family get aways and even spoiling the pooch.Thank you very much for having us,we felt very welcomed and really enjoyed every minute-could quite easily live there! We stay in many apartments and houses and without a doubt Lobster Cottage was the best stocked for any amenities, there was nothing Camilla had not considered from plentiful dishes and all the kitchen ware you could consider to excellent linens, DVDs and games. All of this is on top pf the fact that the cottage is amazing. Obviously the place is over 400 years old and has all the quirks that go with a building of this age such as a character narrow twisting staircase all of which add to the charm of the cottage. There is loads of room inside and outside with parking right next to the cottage. We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend Lobster Cottage enough. Thank you Camilla we hope that when we return to the Island we will be able to stay in your wonderful home again

A bijou, charming retreat with a lovely garden to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. We chose Elm Cottage due to its proximity to Goodwood Aerodrome where my husband was doing a Top Gun Experience. Perfectly located for his event. The Welcome Pack for us (and our pooch!) and fresh flowers were a nice touch. A lovely stay.

Peaceful location, annexe equipped with all necessary amenities, great place to stay and lovely location . Slept well , owners very friendly and responsive.

Enjoyed our time at this greatly located airbnb - our second time (different host before) It's in a great spot by the sea and off-season represents great value for money. Whilst selsey isn't a West Wittering etc. it's nice and accessible with some shops and pubs nearby. Recommend going to the fishmongers nearby too! We mostly enjoyed the bath views & sitting at the table facing the sea/cliffs outside

We had a great stay at Magnolia Cottage. Very clean, responsive host and us and dog felt very welcome. Tea, coffee, milk and fudge all provided as well as towels. Games room and walks to the New Forest from the back garden made a great place to stay.

A really great house for our New Forest visit. Managed a couple of very enjoyable gravel bike rides along the coast and through the forest. This is a great base for exploring the forest.

Great little find! Loved the outdoor space where we were able to sit and have food with family. Log burner was lovely in the evening and made it even more cosy. Shower was hot and powerful and the kitchen had everything we needed. Will recommend and will definitely book again

Lovely place to stay, plenty of space. Bedroom an especially nice space. Good bathroom, with advantage of an additional downstairs loo. New Forest was beautiful and the cottage is in a really good spot. Surprising downside, an old fashioned, non smart TV. DVDs were supplied, but this did seem a strange oversight.

Cathia was an incredible host and made me feel so welcome. I was staying with my bridesmaids for my wedding and Cathia made the trip extra special. She is super responsive and her place is beautiful! Thank you so much!

Lovely stay here with family - the cottage was very well equipped and we felt very comfortable. Great location near the beach with walks from the doorstep. We would definitely come back!

Amazing place to stay. Every detail is covered. It is a beautiful, peaceful location in lovely grounds to walk around. Hot fresh pastries were delivered each morning which was a lovely way to start the day. Well location for many attractions. We will definitely return in the future.

This is a high quality well cleaned, equipped and maintained cottage with everything clean and new. Especially helpful for us was the secure and handy bike stand Glyn had built round the corner. The location is perfect for cycling and walking with quiet lanes, paths from the cottage to the downs and the sea, and with a superb village shop and pub a short walk away. So it was perfect for our short holiday. Glyn was very helpful with our discounted ferry tickets and Vanessa concerned we had enough bedding. The cottage is very secluded with trees all around. There is a lovely patio area but it only catches the sun for a short while in the afternoon. But you can see the stars in the dark night sky through the skylight. Lovely place!
