Location right in the middle of everything. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants. A minute to the boards and beach. Nice to have an off street parking spot.

This property lived up to everything promised and more. It was clean (and I am picky!), well located, and easy to access by following the detailed instructions. Our guests, as well as ourselves, were comfortable with the beds and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels, linens, and little extras were all appreciated. All of us that stayed had no problem with the stairs. If anyone planning to visit has mobility issues, you might want to look elsewhere, but that is the ONLY reason not to book a stay at this wonderful Air B&B. Also, nearby parking was not in issue for our guest who parked nearby on a clearly marked public street (not in the alley behind the property). Thanks Clifton!

We absolutely loved our stay at Margaret’s place! The location is perfect…2 blocks to Main Street and 2 blocks to the beach. Very easy to get in, and we loved having a garage parking spot for our car. We used the bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels, which made for a lovely stay near the beach. We would definitely recommend this place, and will hopefully be back in the future!!

This was a perfect place for us - well-equipped, comfortable, and convenient to every place and everything we needed. Alain was extremely responsive to questions and provided many helpful suggestions, which were also much appreciated. Alain made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone who wants to be near a beach, walk to get coffee and pastries, and have a quiet place to stay with friends or family.

The house was such an amazing location. Loved the direct beach access, easy to walk to many great restaurants and shops. Emily was so clear with all instructions, including that the house does sit on a public walkway so we knew exactly what to expect. She even let us know that one of our main activities we were visiting for was really not close to her house, appreciate all the upfront information. Felt it was a great value for what we paid, already looking to book again.

From day one it was like a home from home. Centrally located, well equipped, even though we didn’t use most of the amenities as the restaurant’s are close and great. The house provided an excellent base with everything you need. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area and would look to stay again should we be lucky enough visit Surf City again. Location, Location, Location. overlooks Corona Del Mar beach recreation area. within 15-20 minutes of airport, Balboa, Newport, Crystal beaches. Walking distance to Sherman Gardens and PacHwy eateries. fully stocked kitchen with all the gadgets you could think of. Spacious bedrooms and full sized baths with walk in showers. several beach chairs and toys provided. don't leave unattended for too long on beach, they might be gone. ours disappeared while eating dinner on balcony. owner VERY responsive to requests (portacrib). neighbor very helpful locating breaker panel for tripped breaker due to irons hairdryers running same circuit. Great cooling ocean breezes make up for louder than expected portable AC units. Enjoyed a nice bonfire at beach fire pit. we used beach brothers sharing (craig) to handle all the chairs tables food trays and firewood supplies.

My Hubby and I were able to enjoy a few days away in the comfort of this home. We slept well in the comfortable bed and felt right at home. Access to local marina and pier with Amazing views made our stay extra special. Our host was responsive to every need. Highly recommend!

This was my 2nd time staying at this place and it will always as I visit the family every 2-3 months. Great location with everything in walking distance.

We really enjoyed staying here! Gorgeous view of palm trees and the ocean plus an added bonus of some incredible people-watching. The unit balcony provides all sorts of entertainment with a beautiful ocean backdrop. It was easy to access everything nearby and we enjoyed spending time at the beach, dog beach, and watching all the activities. Super fun if you like a bustling spot with a great view.

Our stay was wonderful. The house is cute, with everything you could need for the stay. There is a level of thoughtfulness and care that is put in to your experience, and we really appreciated that. The bed was comfortable, and really everything else as well. The picture of the view, really doesn’t do it justice! It is absolutely breathtaking and truly a beautiful site to wake up to in the morning.

Nice place to stay near the beach. I had a rental car but really didn't even need it with so much to do within walking distance and a bike available to use. Only a block away to the beach (Dog Beach for any fellow dog lovers) and the Huntington Beach Bike Trail. I was able to connect to the Newport Beach boardwalk for an 18 mile roundtrip ride. The room was comfortable with many nice touches and a private patio to do some work from my laptop while enjoying fresh air. Eric was very responsive with any questions I had. Great stay!

I had an amazing stay at Ram's condo in DTLB. The place was vey clean, and bigger than the pictures. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by! There's also so much to do in the area. Although parking isn't included, it is very easy to navigate. Overall a clean, functioning place to call home and I will be back! I would 100% stay here again - and Ram was also a great host. Check-in was as easy as it gets!

The place is beautiful so clean and Happy vibe! Views are breath taking. The condo was equipped with everything you need. Ling ling was very helpful. Neighbors friendly. The outdoor living space is lovely. Close to lots of places to walk to dinner and the ocean so close just 5 min walk. We love her place and it felt like home.

My fiancée and I had a lovely stay at Jack’s Long Beach property. Would definitely recommend starting your morning with a coffee from blk dot and a walk on the beach. It was a great time!

Can’t beat this amazing beach front location in Belmont Shore. The views from the living room, master bedroom and back patio will leave you mesmerized and make it hard to leave the home. Luckily the neighborhood is so quaint with walking paths on both sides of the peninsula that you will want to enjoy a morning stroll, if not a run on the beach. The house is so roomy that we could comfortably fit our extended family without anyone tripping over each other. The hosts were extremely responsive and provided detailed information to make sure we immediately felt at home. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Shirley's Long Beach house was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had! Location wise, you are only a few minutes from down town Long Beach and some great dining options, but you are also directly across the street from one of Long Beach's great public parks and you can get from the kitchen to the beach before your coffee even has time to cool off. There is a bit of traffic right outside the front door, but there was no honking and little revving when we were visiting. As for the amenities, they did a fantastic job of stocking the rooms with plenty of towels and any consumables you may need, including laundry detergent and coffee. They also provided some free waters and cookies which was very kind. The sheets and bed are the only areas that could use some improvement. The sheets were rather scratchy and the comforter was very warm for a room with limited air flow, but they were clean and pressed, so I can't complain too much. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

My daughters and I stayed at Darren's over the holiday and could not have picked a better home. The location was perfect. From the ocean being steps away to fabulous restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. The house confused me a bit at first as I thought the listing said "entire house" so just know it's the downstairs unit. But it's exactly as the pictures show. It has a perfect beach bungalow feel and is very cozy. Everything we needed was already there from kitchenware to shower products and even a hair dryer but most importantly for that area- a parking spot! it's a tight fit but it's a lifesaver. AND- Darren was a great host. He was so communicative. We never had an emergency but I have zero doubt that if we did he would have been available to take care of it. we will definitely be back!

This was our first air bnb experience , and it was amazing ! So flexible, wonderful experience, great amenities. We were able to check in a few hours earlier, and everything was clean and exactly like the photos. Will be returning for sure! :) thank you!

Beautifuly designed and updated home, was perfect for us four adults and my 3 young grandchildren, will look forward to the return! And the owner was available by phone to answer my questions upon arrival, thank you to your team!

What a LOVELY place to stay, just 6-7 houses away from the sand. Perfect location. Very useful shopping center across the street (Pavillions grocery store, banks, restaurants, etc). The house is very spacious, stocked with everything you'd need. Will definitely be back soon!
