You’ll love my place because the location is central to everything Richmond, comfortable bed, washer and dryer, cable TV in living room and bedroom + wifi and a queen air mattress for extra sleepers. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids)

We are looking for people who will enjoy the Historic Fan District of Richmond. The stand alone apartment includes a bedroom, bathroom, and renovated kitchen which has microwave, refrigerator, toaster ,and Keurig coffee machine. For our overnight guests we will provide the ingredients for a delicious breakfast: baked goods butter jams etc., 6 breakfast cereals, , fresh fruit , tea and for Keurig 10 varieties of coffee plus hot chocolate and hot apple cider.

1-of-a-kind only begins to describe 1-acre Sharp's Island! This is the only legal camping option in Richmond. This is your private island, and it's in the heart of downtown RVA! You can motor to the island from Ancarrow's Landing or canoe over from the trail just below Mayo Bridge (we can rent you a canoe). There are SO MANY great swimming holes along the banks. Choose your own campsite: sandy beach or wood platform. New in spring 2024: Cabin and kitchen!
