It was nice. There was ants in a room and after showers the ceiling began leaking. Few issues but Franco communicated very well. We had a great time despite small issues. Otherwise everything was great and it was spacious

The house is perfect, wonderful location close to the Capitol and the Mall, the house itself is charming, cosy and comfortable, with an outdoor space, and in a lovely neighborhood of old row houses. Communication with the host was excellent. We hope to stay at Maggie's place again one day!

Great place to stay , spacious and inviting especially for the kids

This was overall a great stay for us. Our dogs were very happy and didn’t get nervous like they have at other locations. The host is very quick to respond. Took just a few minutes to walk to the metro, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Neighborhood was quiet and people kept to themselves. Beds were comfy and clean, towels were plentiful. We used the washer and dryer for refreshing towels. Washer was easy but dryer is struggling a bit. Took a few times to get things dry, so plan accordingly. Dishwasher is convenient for washing dishes. Pods for washer and dishwasher are provided, along with extra trash bags. For the most part, everything was very clean, ie bathrooms, kitchen, fridge. I do think the floors need to be cleaned better, but understand that dog friendly places can make that difficult. If that bothers you, maybe bring a wet swiffer. We would definitely stay here again for future DC trips and would recommend you do as well. 🙂

Great stay! Good safe area that’s really easy to get into the city.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

It was a good location, roomy, comfortable, clean, and much better than a hotel for a group of friends.

I usually have poor luck with Airbnb’s in this part of the country, but Josh’s place was great. The house was clean, good furniture, and nice comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again. He was responsive, maybe even overly responsive, and someone had too much fun with a label creator, as you will find instructions on everything. Our stay with 8 people was perfect.

We spent 4 days site-seeing in DC and Lily's location was perfect, being just off the Richmond Hwy it was easy to get to by car. We paid an additional fee for parking under the building which was well worth it given the convenience. The Crystal City Metro station, with both the Yellow and Blue lines, was a very short walk away and could even be accessed via an underground walkway system just outside the building. Also just a block or two outside the building was a movie theatre and several bars/restaurants. Having breakfast on the 14th floor balcony was a great start each morning before heading to Metro to start the day's adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this property was wonderful. Impeccable home, beautiful safe neighborhood that is walkable and everything one could need close by. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

we had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Arlington, VA! The location is just minutes from Arlington National Cemetery, the airport, and many other top attractions in the D.C. area. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, with great amenities like a gym and a concierge at the entry, which made everything feel secure and convenient. The hosts were incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with—quick to respond and very helpful with any questions. I’d definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Instructions were very accurate. I followed it every step of way and i could find apt and parking easily. Apt was very clean, cozy , great colors, furniture, appliances all worked perfectly. We checked in around sunset and it was beautiful view and colors in balcony gorgeous . Host was very responsive. Location is great, walkable neighborhood, lot of families and young crowd, loved the lobby, and entrance also the building has been kept in great shape.

Jomeka’s place was clean and quiet. It’s conveniently located near 495 and public transportation and there are restaurants nearby. San Antonio Grill is right across the street and has delicious tacos. We will definitely stay here again.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß , man hat alles was man braucht. Das Bett ist für 2 Personen ziemlich kuschelig. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit , im Sommer mit Pool wäre es wahrscheinlich noch schöner gewesen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig was aber an der amerikanischen Bauweise liegt . Leider gingen die 2 Wochen viel zu schnell um und wir müssten wieder nach Hause. Wir hatten netten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter er war immer sehr hilfsbereit , leider haben wir uns nie persönlich getroffen.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Nice, quiet neighborhood, but close to everything we wanted to do. Our kids enjoyed the playground across the street. Communication from the hosts before, during and after our stay was also very appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

The home made for an excellent stay! It's beautifully designed and decorated, down to every detail! Carlos was a great host, super fast communication and shared all the key details to make it a smooth visit. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in the area.

Jillian’s apartment was just what I needed for a quick stay in DC. The place was clean and had everything I needed. I didn’t do any cooking there but there was a nice coffee maker. Bed was comfortable and so was the TV room with a good couch. It is a basement apartment so there isn’t much in the way of windows or natural light, but I didn’t spend any time in the day there. Also keep in mind it is a solid 15-minute walk to the metro, so I ended up mostly getting an Uber to downtown (which was easy). Overall, a great spot for a short visit to DC!

Sarah's place is exactly like described in the listing. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The neighborhood is quiet, secure and very walkable. You will be also close to public transportation (bus, metro), and there are a couple of big grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. Sarah was helpful and proactive, checking on whether I needed anything in the apartment. Excellent choice for you stay in D.C.!

Beautiful place! Very rustic feel but so nice. Everything was very comfortable, and in a good, safe location. Large TV and couch space was nice to relax as well. Would highly recommend!

Living room was cozy with nice views of the beautiful yard and flower gardens! Kitchen was very clean. Definitely relaxing, quiet and private. Felt comfortable and safe there. Plan to return next year.

I've rented lots of vacation units over the years and I've never encountered a more responsive, helpful host than Laura. Indeed, she sets the record for always responding so quickly. Better yet, she's proactive and sends helpful information before I took the time to ask for it. I rented the unit so my childhood friend could stay in it just ten minutes from my home while she was visiting the area. She told me that she hopes she can stay there every time she visits me and that she highly recommends it to others.
