Craig was the perfect host, probably the best we've ever had on AirBnB. The flat is in a great location, minutes walk from the centre of Nottingham and the Ice Arena with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet we could sleep with the windows open and it was perfectly quiet, like being in a small village instead of a busy city centre. Lots of thoughtful touches from bottles of water, pastries and biscuits to essentials like cooking oil, salt and pepper, plenty of toilet rolls, tissues, a toothbrush, you name it and Craig has thought of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and hopefully we'll be back next year.

Great find, accommodation was perfect for what we needed. Really quirky, clean property, and welcome crumpets for breakfast, Thank you Kirsty! Just be aware, there is quite a steep hill to climb to get to the properly if you walk into Matlock. This was fine for us, but could be an issue for some. Great pubs and pizza take away right across the street. We will definitely reccommend.

What a lovely flat. It has been done out really well, and it was lovely sitting outside on the sofas in the morning April sun. The dawn chorus was a joy to wake up to. The flat was well-equipped with pretty much everything we needed, including washer and dryer. Clearly thought had gone into setting it up. The area, Lady Bay, is lovely, friendly and a bit quirky (we have lived there for 25 years and were returning from some years overseas). Close to the river, fields and great places to walk. With cafes, pubs and local shops. Asta’s place is a great place for a few nights night’s stay in this beautiful part of Nottingham.

Philip went the extra mile in every way to help with our stay, meeting us on arrival to local restuarant recommendations. The apartment was functional and well located.

Erjon’s place is very well equipped from plenty of toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, cleaning items to a well equipped kitchen. 4 bathrooms make it easy to share with 3 bedrooms and though the central heating was not easy to switch on when we wanted it there were electric radiators available so it didn’t matter. I am happy to recommend the apartment it is a comfortable base for a stay in the Peak District.

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a beautiful home with stunning views. All the home comforts you would need. The beds were super comfy - that comfy we ordered the same mattress for home! The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and the comfy bedrooms. The location was ideal, we took the kids to Gulliver’s Kingdom and Heights of Abraham. Only 5 mins away. Cromford is also beautiful. We definitely hope to stay again - thank you for having us!

Sarah has the most beautiful home, it was so clean and tidy and such a peaceful stay, I have absolutely fell in love with the place, Sarah is such a fantastic host and made sure everything went smoothly, She also left us a complimentary breakfast and a big variety of teas and coffee's, we will definitely be making this a regular monthly stay to ease the stresses of a hectic family life and gaining some quality time together in this beautiful place,

We had a really lovely stay here and would highly recommend the house. It’s brand new, beautifully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely return!

Bom vamos lá, não tem palavras para descrever essa estadia que tive com eles, além da casa ser muito limpa e organizada! Era muito linda e aconchegante! Uma das coisas que gostei muito foi que cheguei um pouco antes do horário e pedi a eles pra deixar a mala na casa, e eles foram super atenciosos e me permitiram deixar as coisas lá até da o horário da entrada! Me senti muito bem e acolhida nessa casa! Sem contar que é do lado do centro e tem um enorme shopping a poucos passos da casa! Recomendo demais ❤️

Very communicative and kind host who left us some goodies and milk for our arrival. The flat is in a good location in a quiet street.

Elly's house was ideal for us. It's in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac and is a nice size for a family of four to share. The house is really well looked after and Elly was very generous with food and practical items that she'd provided to help enhance our stay. We used the house as a base to travel to Wheelgate Park and Chatsworth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone else.

With such a short notice Kiran responded to our request quickly. Information on given how to get there, sat nav will not take you direct to the property, and what was available in the local area was very useful. The accommodation was as described and extremely well presented. The whole flat was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. Matlock Bath and the area has lots to offer, to stay here with a beautiful view from the window is worth while. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Kiran.

Gorgeous stay over the bank holiday weekend. Very peaceful location yet close to local amenities. Walks on the doorstep and a nice paddock to rent up the lane. Secure area at the back of the property for our dogs. Excellent kitchen and bathroom. Easy to communicate with hosts who live next door and always on hand whilst leaving you to it.

Leah's place was a great option for an event at the Ice Arena. It's so central, close to many bars and restaurants. The arena was right across the road! I've stayed in many air b and bs and I have to say the beds were among the comfiest! The apartment was clean, had a huge terrace outside and despite the location was very quiet! Leah was incredibly responsive any time I had to message. We're already planning to return, highly recommended.

Fantastic annex property just a few minutes walk from Southwell Minster in a very peaceful residential area. Property was spotless and benefited from the owners beautiful gardens both front and back together with off-road parking. Even though only there for two nights we were provided with a very generous welcome pack (milk, eggs, butter, marmalade, bread and beer) which was an unexpected treat.

In a perfect spot right in the centre of Nottingham, walkable to bars, restaurants, Motorpoint, Nottingham castle etc. great to have the outside terrace to chill out in. Will book again if needed.
