Ihr sucht Ruhe und Erholung auf dem Land und möchtet trotzdem in 35 min am Kurfürstendamm in Berlin oder in 20 min in Potsdam sein? Dann seid ihr in unserer neuen Ferienwohnung in Schäpe genau richtig. Das kleine Dorf hat keinen Durchfahrtsverkehr. Die Gegend lädt zum Wandern und Radfahren ein oder ihr genießt die Ruhe auf der großen Terrasse mit einer Tasse Kaffee oder einem Glas Wein. Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist definitiv empfehlenswert. Hier leben viele Tiere wie Pferde, Katzen und Hühner

In Berlins Nachbarschaft und der Nähe Potsdam in Fresdorf am Großen Seddiner See nahe der Autobahn A 10. RAUSzeit geniessen und richtig entspannen. Ganz Alleine zu Zweit! Die Unterkunft ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen (an der L63). Bushaltestelle ist 100 m vom Grundstück entfernt. Parken ist am Haus möglich. Bäcker mit Frühstücksangebot ist zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar, Stadtzentrum in 20 min; mit dem Auto 15 min bis Dessau-Zentrum u. 20 min bis Köthen. Ihr habt vom Treppenhaus einen direkten Zugang zur Unterkunft. Grill- u. Feuerstelle sind im Garten vorhanden. Elbe, Biosphärenreservat, Wassertretstelle u. a. bieten viele Erholungsmöglichkeiten in der Natur.

In unserer Gästewohnung vereinen sich stilgetreue barocke Elemente aus der Entstehungszeit des Hauses mit einer möglichst modernen Ausstattung. Diese Kombination garantiert Authentizität und Gemütlichkeit. Bei der Renovierung haben wir versucht möglichst viel der Originalsubstanz zu erhalten. Warnung für Großgewachsene: Ein niedriger Deckenbalken aus dem Jahre 1775 durchkreuzt den Raum.

Wonderful Loft Space on the 5th floor

Very nice, bright loft space in the vibrant area of Kreuzberg. The apartment is based in the 5th floor and from the window you can see the famous TV Tower of Berlin. There is NO ELEVATOR in the building. But the stairs are worth the excercise! The apartment is well decorated, has a full kitchen and everything you need, to feel comfortable for your stay in Berlin.
