This is a basement apartment and is connected to the main house It is a completely separate unit. It is roughly 650 sq ft It has a carpeted bedroom the rest is laminate and tile flooring Parking is for one vehicle although stays longer than one month may have two What I love and believe our guest will love is the quiet and the large, attached deck. We are only dog Friendly with a max of two dogs, please lets us know if you will be bringing your fur babies Unfortunately, there is no Lake access

Half a mile walk/drive to the East Lake Sammamish Trail for sunset walks and extended bike riding on the King county trail system. Easy drive to Redmond, Bellevue and Seattle.

The Karate Garage is a peaceful retreat, 6 miles from the heart of Redmond. The studio is in a detached garage that overlooks beautiful sunrises, the barn, pastures & the occasional deer stopping by to say "Hi". To ensure a warm & inviting stay, we've stocked up with good coffee, flannel sheets & lots of pillows & blankets. Cozy up by the fireplace & enjoy quiet, dark nights, perfect for listening to the neighborhood owls. Our hope is that you leave feeling rested and refreshed.

Spacious private suite in split level home in Sammamish. Large private living room with TV and free Wi-Fi. Quiet garden setting with large deck and hot tub. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and electric kettle provided. Private bathroom with shower/tub. Separate private entrance so you can come and go as you please. Our home is a safe space for guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations. Unfortunately, we are not set up for children, so two adults only.

We live in the house upstairs, so will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Hygge House is a modern loft guesthouse with a mix of Mid Century, Rustic and Scandinavian décor. Hygge House is a place of warmth and welcome. It's tucked away in alley with its own private entrance and parking spot. Loft has natural wood elements that give a warm and cozy feel to the space. Property owners live in the main house that is detached from Hygge House. The Hygge House is behind the main house and is in a different building in the alley.

Fall City is quiet and only 35 miles to Seattle, Pike Place Market & Space Needle. Concerts, Hiking, Biking, Dirtfish, Remlinger Farm, North Bend, Marathons, Trains & Snoqualmie Falls. The Salish lodge & Snoqualmie Casino are close by in the Snoqualmie Valley.
