Featuring a private pristine, heated swimming pool (open May 15-Sep 14), a 6 person hot tub (open Sep 17-May tbd) and stunning views, you will not be disappointed! Tons of room to spread out: huge living room with fireplace, screened-in porch, two outdoor fire pits, and several sitting areas. There are plenty of ways to relax and unwind. Garden block house, first floor bedroom!

Location, Location, Location! House is in the heart of Southwest Center City, in a very safe neighborhood. 10 min. walk to Rittenhouse. Just got renovated. Sleeps 8, 4 bedrooms, 3 double beds and one queen bed. House has 2 full bathrooms, one of them is on the first floor. Please check about pets. There is a charge of $375 as a RETURNABLE security deposit. It will be returned within 7 days of check-out date, unless there is exceeded housekeeping needed or exceeded utility bills had occurred.

ESCAPE TO THE COUNTRY: Pleasant Grove Dream House

This darling rancher is located in the middle of Amish Country between the towns of Intercourse and White Horse and along the popular Old Philadelphia Pike. It's decorated in a neutral, calming style which makes it the perfect relaxing base for your stay in Lancaster Co. From the back patio you have a spectacular view of the surrounding farmland and can spot over 5 different neighboring farms. An easy drive to all of the local attractions, you'll be sure to have plenty to do during your stay.

Five Star Accommodations

We've had more than one guest tell us that Bancroft Cottage was better than their stay at the Hotel Dupont! (and a lot more reasonable may we add). In the event that we already have a guest checking out on the day you are checking in, or checking in on the day you are checking out we will need to adjust the check-in or check-out time by one hour to allow sufficient time for the Housekeeper. We have exterior cameras in the front and back for added security for our guests and the property.

The newly renovated home features newly 3BR, 1.5 Bath with a fully functional kitchen. You'll enjoy the beautiful sunrise views, water access, kayaks and deck. Built in 1875, this newly renovated two bedroom home, is centrally located in downtown North East. Modern finishes and an open concept living space compliment the original wood floors, clawfoot tub and exposed brick walls. All the amenities of Main Street are steps away, yet the home is tucked away on a quiet street with a creek in the back yard. Our home is 2.5 miles from I-95 and one block from North East Community Park, Anchor Marina and the headwaters of the Chesapeake Bay.

Our house is nestled between the shore of the NE River and the creek and marsh directly behind. The home is warm, unassuming and inviting; you'll feel right at home. Perfect for familes or groups, or a romantic weekend. Bird watchers will love the bald eagles, ospreys, kingfishers, mallards and cormorants, to name a few. The upstairs living room is a perfect place for the kids while the adults enjoy the lower area. You find our place warm, cozy and quiet.

Looking for a relaxing getaway? Gandy's beach is the perfect place for you. This secluded beach is a perfect place to escape your everyday hustle and bustle. This 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house sits right on the water and sleeps up to 12. Feel free to bring your own fishing gear to fish right from the deck. We have 1 canoe and a few generic "orange" Life jackets to be used. If you have a jet ski or a boat you can drop it in at Sundog Marina.

Our house is perfect for family vacations, tranquil retreats, girl/guy getaways, weddings, wedding guests. Two queen master BR’s w/private baths on the first floor, second floor has one larger BR w/twins and smaller BR w/daybed +trundle and shared bathroom.
