The place is right near Mt Marathon and downtown Seward and directly across the street from the hospital. Perfect location for a visit or a professional.

Very peaceful and accommodating. Full kitchen, excellent beds,Great location ! Seward, Homer and Whittier. Overlooking Kenia aqua colored lake and at the mouth of the Kenia river. Short distance to Russian Falls for the salmon run. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here. My new go to place when visiting Alaska with the family.

Everything was as expected inside. The lighting makes the space seem nice and spacious. The front area is perfect for enjoying views while drinking coffee. We even got to see a black bear walk by the sliding door one night. There is some noise from the upstairs, but when you're just there before bed and while getting up in the morning it isn't too bad and there was adequate warning on the listening.

Great place to stay. Host was very responsive when questions were asked. Will stay again next time I’m in Seward

This was a great place to stay at for a group of 6 people. Even though on our first night, the power went out due to a storm, Cassie was responsive and her husband was friendly and helpful with us by getting us flashlights and letting us know he was in communication with the electric company and even offered to get us a generator if the outage lasted long (only lasted for about and hour and we were able to go to one of the recommended restaurants in Seward whose power came back before ours).

Bus 49! Is worth every PENNY! This is in fact a full blown bus and not a hotel. So the temperature on the bus certainly reflects the temps/weather around the bus. We loved our stay on the bus! It’s so wonderful! We actually had to force ourselves to get out and explore! I would even say the Bus is a piece of beautiful artwork. We even cooked a full blown gourmet steak and mushroom meal! On the bus! All utensils provided and basic seasoning. We strongly recommend booking a trip to Hope, AK to stay on the bus!
