Located in the charming Coeur d'Alene neighborhood of Sanders Beach, convenient to downtown restaurants, shops, galleries, I-90 and Lake CdA, our spacious and private downtown getaway apartment, separate from the hosts’ residence, sleeps two, has a full kitchen, and secure attached garage parking* for cars or small SUVs (<17ft). Street parking available for large SUVs and trucks. No cleaning fee - no pets. Two bikes available - 50yds to N ID Centennial Trail and close to lake CdA and downtown.

This charming home is clean & centrally located; 1/2 mile to City Beach, 1 block to Evans Bros coffee & dining, 2 blocks to downtown Sandpoint, 3.5 miles to the base of Schweitzer. We provide 4 bikes (May-Oct). We provide 100% cotton bath & bed linens, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, DVDs, books, games & crafts. The fenced & landscaped back yard has a private, covered porch, fire pit & propane bbq. We do allow dogs (must disclose), and we clean thoroughly between each guest.

During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

Sunlight streams through many windows in this clean, comfortable, 4/5 bedroom plus private loft 3 bath home that is perfect for family vacations. The main house has 3 bedrooms with a 4th "bedroom" (loft space separated by a privacy curtain.) A 5th Bedroom and full bathroom above the detached garage that is available for an additional cost of $125.00 per night. Quality linens, dishes, furnishings and supplies abound, there are no hand me downs in this well stocked cottage!

This idyllic 40 acre ridge-top ranch cottage offers you a peaceful getaway near Coeur d' Alene. Enjoy wildlife and livestock during your stay. We allow up to two dogs at a fee of $20 for each pet. You pay this fee directly to the owners, please pay on arrival. This cottage has been remodeled for our guest with new flooring throughout, new linens, new dishwasher, and new ranch décor.
