Séjour top! Logement propre, fonctionnel et agréable ! Earl est disponible et reactif Peut etre juste ameliorer l isolation des fenêtres, beaucoup d air et de bruits qui passent.

Mark and Loretta were great hosts. They had coloring books and crayons laid out for the kids and the rooms and amenities were very accommodating for our family of 5, including a 6 and 4 year old and 6 month baby. The home itself was very cozy and beautiful. A description of the history of the property and surrounding area was provided as well and was very interesting to read. The location was perfect for us as well with plenty of activities just a short driving distance away, including many local suggestions made by Mark and Loretta. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return someday ourselves! Thanks again Mark and Loretta!!

Great accomodation for a visit to New York. Hoboken is pleasant, the bus, train and ferry connections to Manhattan often and easy. Pubs and a supermarket around, the neighbourhood is enjoyable by day and quiet enough for a good sleep by night. Above that we felt safe the whole time. The flat was tidy and corresponded to the description. We liked to stay there as it is lovingly furnished and equipped with all the necessary things you need when being on tour. We appreciated the good bed for a good sleep, liked the design and enjoyed the many small amenities to discover bit by bit. Above that Tim and Dianna are very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jim & Bev…La communication était fluide et réactive. L’emplacement était tout simplement superbe..loin de l’agitation du centre de NY (idéal avec nos 2 enfants). Toutes les commodités étaient proches de l’appartement ..rien à redire

We had an exceptional 10 days at AJ’s place. The apartment was charming and outfitted with high end finishings and all the items you’d need for a long stay (kitchen ware, pillows, towels, extra blankets). The bed was extremely comfortable memory foam with linen sheets. After enjoying a long day of walking around Hoboken and NYC, the apartment was a great place to relax. The location is on a beautiful, safe street just off the main drag in Hoboken (walking distance to any type of restaurant you can imagine) and close to the PATH trains. Can’t recommend staying here enough, we will miss it!

Das Quartier in Hoboken von Erin und Marc war für uns perfekt. So hatten wir einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in NYC; die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche hatte alles, was wir benötigten, das Bett sehr bequem, das Sofa ausklappbar und auch gut. Im Bad fanden wir neben Handtüchern auch Shampoon und eine Föhn. Die AC Heizung/Kühlung funktionierte top, die kleine Heizung im Bad auch. Die Kommunikation lief über Mail problemlos und schnell; die Schlüsselbox ermöglichte uns große Flexibilität. Das Haus in einer historischen Straße liegt in einer sicheren und ruhigen Umgebung; in wenigen Schritten findet man Restaurants und Geschäfte zum Einkaufen. In 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den PATH Zug in Hoboken von wo aus man zur 33th Strasse oder zum WTC fahren kann. Auch die Fähre vom WTC nach Hoboken kann man nehmen; der Bus 126 ist auch eine Alternative. Hoboken hat eine wunderbare Promenade mit Blick auf ganz Manhattan.

This place is SPOTLESS and exceeded my expectations! The pictures truly show the space, and it's perfect for exploring NYC. Everything is nearby, and the Airbnb is fully equipped with all the appliances you need. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the NYC!!
