Such a beautiful home in such a beautiful location. We loved staying so close to the water. We always got a nice breeze and loved hanging out in the screened in room when we were at the house. It was nice to stay on the east side of the island away from the crowds, it was very peaceful. Wendy the property manager is so nice. She was always very quick to respond if we had any questions. She also came to the house one night and cooked for us. The food was very good. Would definitely recommend staying in for at least one dinner prepared by her and her helper. The key lime pie was so good! There are 3 restaurants with in walking distance from the Airbnb. All three were good but our favorite was La Sirena. The coconut lion fish was so good. Rustic setting right on the water. We loved it there. Chelle’s is also close(5min drive). Try the watermelon juice! The owner James was also very easy to communicate with. We had a small issue with the hot water and he had it fixed quickly.

My family and I had a great stay in Pristine Bay. The Villa was just as described and made us feel right at home. The views from the villa were great. We also loved the closeness of the beach club and restaurants in the area. The community is very peaceful and quiet with not many tourists, which we loved. Would highly recommend it to anyone and we look forward to coming back.

Cheri’s place on Utila is a hidden gem! They are genuinely some of the nicest people I have met while traveling - we didn’t want to leave! The place is exactly as described but BETTER in person. Those picture windows in the front of the house are huge - photos don’t do them justice. Cheri was also so accommodating before our arrival, getting quotes for dives and even when all the dive shops were booked up, she contacted a friend and made she we got on a boat for a 2 tank dive! There are so many beautiful places in the world that it’s hard to justify going to the same place twice, but Cheri’s place/Utila will definitely be on my future travel list.

Great place to stay in west end. Very convenient location to walk to nearby bars and restaurants.

After touring all the bay islands, We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the peace and quiet. The ocean was a 6 minute walk and had many pulparia’s in the area. We will definitely be back.

We rented this house coming off of a medical mission in La Ceiba. Walking into this house left the entire team speechless. It’s breathtaking and we are definitely rebooking this place next year. We had a team of 10, it fit us all easily. Matt, the house director was able to get us rides to and from the airport on short notice, and he was very accommodating when our flight was delayed on the way home. I can’t say anything negative about this stay, it was absolutely fantastic. Exceeded our expectations entirely. Thank you for everything!!

The house was amazing! It’s even better than the pictures! The pool is great and beautiful at night with the lights. The hosts were very responsive with all of our questions and recommendations. We were able to rent a van with them for 11 passengers and travel around the island without any issues. They picked us upon arrival. We also brought food and grilled out for one of our nights. Basically all rooms have AC. The place is private and with security and made us feel very safe. We enjoyed our stayed and can’t wait to come back again!

I'm always careful about criticizing someone's business. Luckily in this case, I don't have to choose words carefully. In this cases, the air bnb was very high quality. The amenities like air conditioning and pool were in excellent condition and well used by us. While the location required that we hire transportation - the land itself in each location was clean and safe. It was important for us to have access to a washer and dryer and we did. These worked as well. Natalia communicated clearly, was polite and responded promptly to our needs. I would highly recommend the driving company Roatan Transport. Miacol Ponce and his driver Roni were responsive, flexible and respectful. For example when we asked about mass for Sunday, Roni knew where to find an English speaking church service at a church where a lot of Americanos go but then later learned about a Garifuna mass at another church and took us there instead. Thank you soo much for your hospitality. Will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay! The home is beautifully finished out and in a fantastic location—close to everything, but still peaceful and private. The outdoor space was lovely. The pool and balcony were perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor ice maker was a great bonus for our family of six. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts—our boys especially loved the hats! Having a washer and dryer with detergent provided was incredibly helpful, especially for a family with young kids. Jorge, the on-site security guard, was wonderful and made us feel safe and cared for throughout our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families!

The house is about two kilometers from the beach. Hugo is an excellent host. Beds were very comfortable, everything was clean. This house is suitable for large groups. Grocery store directly across the street. Hugo went above and beyond to meet our needs. He was even present when we arrived. The kitchens were definitely adequate. Check in to the house before going to the grocery store to see what is available for cooking your meals. Kitchen is adequate, depending on what methods of cooking you prefer.

We don't know where to start in singing the praises of this place. The house itself is wonderful. Spacious, well thought out, super comfortable bed, private pool, great outdoor spaces, and cozy furniture. The view was incredible. Sunrise, sunset, all day long the reef was sitting there like a jewel calling out to you. Dalia was sweet, attentive, and very helpful. Her cooking can not be adequately described. Well worth the price and convenience. Matt was a wealth of knowledge and on top of all things related to the house and amenities. We really enjoyed their dedication to making sure we were happy on the grounds. The dock, the close little reef, the kayaks, the far reef, the manicured landscape, all of it was spectacular and made it so you don't have to leave to have an amazing time. We couldn't have picked a better spot to enjoy a week of snorkeling and kayaking.

Wow! Great views with lots to do! We worked with a couple resorts to get 8 dives in four days. It is on the North East which is more chill than the west. The island is doing roadworks on the main road that will make a huge improvement to get to the property. We rented a truck and were glad we did, not for the property, but for access from airport and resorts. The main house is amazing. The kitchen is well appointed with new appliances. Beds are super soft, great air conditioning and the pool was amazing after a day in the animal reserves or diving. We made memories with our family of five, without being crowded.

Amazing hosts, and Villa Topaz is a step above!! In addition to being very friendly, Chantalle and Paul were super accommodating, responsive, and provided guidance and recommendations around the island. The house is as pictured, thoughtfully laid out, and one of the most well-supplied houses (e.g. kitchen utensils, travel mugs, linens, etc.) we have ever stayed in. The amazing hosts and spectacular house really made our holidays great. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone else coming to Roatan.

Paulo and the whole crew at Splash Inn were wonderful. The free breakfast was way better than expected and the dive shop was seamless. They taught the Nitrox course for me so I could do a wreck dive and made great recommendations. The transportation to/from the hospital was seamless and safe. The pool was fun and the employees worked nonstop to keep the property operating. Feliz gave our daughter multiple horse rides and we always felt safe. The location was an easy walk to downtown. The owners were extremely low key and worked hard alongside everyone else.

Frank was awesome, the location was unbeatable. It’s private and off the main strip so a lot quieter but close enough that you can walk to anything that you want to.

What a beautiful place! The views were breathtaking! Peaceful and quiet! They got the house ready for us with a same day booking! Would definitely stay again!

If you're looking for a stand-out vacation with opportunities every single day and evening to make life-time memories --- this is it! Paul is an amazing host and his team is equally responsive, friendly, at-the-ready with any request, etc. I cannot say enough about the hospitality and eagerness to please. The exact location of this villa is perfect because you are in a truly peaceful hide-away but you can walk 20 minutes in one-direction and be in the middle of a major party or walk 20 minutes in the other direction for fantastic dining options, pubs, boutiques and shopping. I also really appreciated all the great recommendations. Whatever it is: who to call for the water taxi, where to go to fish, personalized and customized zip-lining excursions, zero-risk on the outings, etc. etc. etc. We do alot of Airbnb and VRBO and this is without a doubt, a true standout. We will be back for sure and we could not be happier to give Paul and this location an enthusiastic thumbs up!

Pictures do not do this home justice! We absolutely loved it. The only thing I will say if you do not have a vehicle, you will need to be in good cardiac health to walk up the steep hill to get there. It was a fun adventure for our family!

Es un Apt con todo lo que necesitas ideal para familia con hijos también. La playa muy limpia y linda! Cerca caminando y en carro de los restaurantes y bares. Super recomendado. Lo que no me gustó que la propiedad es privada del lado del parqueo y se mete gente en carros y no respetan y hacen ruido y usan los kayaks de la propiedad.

Enjoyed our stay here. Accommodated our group of 11 with no problem. I highly recommend! Short walk to the beach, about a 15 minute walk alongside the beach to the main strip of West End. The breakfast here at the resort was delicious. Owner appreciates the guests and welcomes them like family
