This is a bi-level apartment in a 4 plex with no one above or below you. It's located in a good neighborhood and is a short drive to shopping, dining establishments and the Encana Arena. Comes with fully equipped kitchen as well as a propane bbq. There's also a desk and workspace which makes it perfect if you're working from home. Parking area is close to the door. This is the primary rental suite at the Dragonfly Inn. The loft suite is a fully independent legal suite with its own entrance, kitchen, laundry, heating, bedroom and TV room. The suite has its own heating and cooling systems. The loft suite can comfortably sleep 4 adults. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and queen sofa bed in the TV room. Twin bed's can also be set up for kid(s) instead of the sofa bed (max 200lbs). We also have pack and play for toddlers.
