В аэропорту нас (пять человек) встретили. До места привезли. Дом красивый и снаружи и внутри. Фотографии это не могут передать. Территория у дома ухоженная. В доме чисто, уютно и всё предусмотренно для проживания и отдыха. Хозяева гостеприимны, предусмотрительны и постоянно на связи. Отпуск прошёл великолепно. Большое спасибо Temuri и его семье. Масса впечатлений и удовольствий от поездки. Рекомендую. Рядом горная река. Купание в ней незабываемое.

Наша семья прекрасно провела время в этом доме! Дом был чистым, уютным и со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Кухня полностью оборудована, что позволило нам с удовольствием готовить и обедать всей семьей. Расположение дома — это отдельный плюс: он находится в тихом районе, но в то же время недалеко от всех удобств и интересных мест.

Ucha’s place was a great location and very close to the beach and local spots. We enjoyed our time there. Ucha let us book another night when I fell ill and was kind to help with anything to make us feel at home. Highly recommend!

Es war in diesem Haus sehr bequem. Es gab genug Platz für vier Erwachsene. Jeder hatte seinen eigenen Bereich mit einer besonderen Atmosphäre und ausreichend Privatsphäre. Gleichzeitig gab es auch Räume, in denen die ganze Familie gemeinsam Zeit verbringen konnte. Besonders möchten wir den Besitzern danken, die im Erdgeschoss wohnten. Sie waren freundlich und haben uns nicht gestört. Beim Abschied hatten wir das Gefühl, als wären sie unsere guten Bekannten geworden. Wir möchten sagen: Vielen Dank, wir würden gerne wieder in diesem Haus übernachten.

Perfect place to stay! We’ve been staying at the apartment for a week with 2 friends during vacation. All 3 rooms are separated, one of the bathrooms is inside of one of the rooms, the second one is located in common area. The kitchen and dining zone is very comfortable and sunny, very cozy to spend time there together. There’re oven and washing machine in the kitchen. The balcony is very huge with an unbelievable mountain view. The host is very responsive, help us with every question! I’m happy with this choice, highly recommend this apartment!

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und drei Kindern für 6 Tage zu einem Familienurlaub in Batumi. Die Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut für Familien und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Ednar und seine Familie waren sehr liebenswürdige Gastgeber. Sie halfen uns bei der Anreise und uns erwarteten zur Begrüßung diverse Köstlichkeiten ( Schokolade, Gebäck, Wein), sodass wir uns gleich wie zu Hause fühlten. Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren unsere Gastgeber immer erreichbar und fragten auch, ob sie uns bei diversen Ausflügen oder anderen Dingen, die wir benötigten, unterstützen können. Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand und alles ist genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Am Abreisetag wurde uns die Wohnung unkompliziert gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis länger zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir Batumi erneut besuchen. Квартира соответствует описанию на сайте. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Wi-fi, вся необходимая посуда, горячая вода, подогреваемая газовым котлом, две спальни, телевизор, подключаемый к интернету. Чистый воздух дует с гор. Мини маркеты рядом. В целом всё понравилось. Хозяева (Ираклий и его отец) помогут вам при обращении.

Ev sahibi çok kibar ve yardımsever. Rezervasyon sonrası hemen bizimle iletişime geçti. Evi kolay bulabilmemiz için bizi yönlendirdi. Ev fotoğraflardakinin aynısı. Her şey düzenli ve tertemizdi. Yürüyerek sahile gidebileceğiniz bir konumda. Fiyat olarak da çok uygundu.

Irakli’s place felt like home! It was very clean and comfortable. Irakli is such a great host! We missed our flight connection, and we got stuck in Istanbul for 24 hours. Our parents came on time, but they had no idea what to do. Irakli arranged an easy arrival for our parents, even taking them to the store to buy some basics. The house was our favorite place in Batumi. Anywhere we went, we always looked forward to coming back to this beautiful house with a nice, fresh pool! Thank you for making our family reunion the best experience because of your house!

Beglar is a great host, he even gave us a lift to Kobuleti at our check-out. The house is situated on a hill and the walk to the beach through the Botanical Garden is nice. The Botanical Garden itself is great. The only negative thing is the stoney beach which makes it a bit difficult to swim.

Поездка выдалась отличной, доброжелательный и очень приветливый хозяин! Очень уютный и комфортный дом. Выделенные спальни, что максимально удобно для размещения нескольких гостей. Имеется все удобства. Все техника идеально работает. В квартире имеется стиральная машина, холодильник, газовая плитка, все кухонные принадлежности, сушилка, телевизор. Также имеется дополнительное постельное белья. Для больших групп людей все очень удобно. Местоположение хорошая. Хозяин апартамент очень доброжелательный Встретил, обустроил! Одним словом рекомендую 👍

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for being such a great host!
