In the area are located the best restaurants, casinos, nightclubs, cafes, and parks. 5 minutes of the walk from the beach, the Ali&Nino, Yacht Club, "Alphabet" tower, Ferris wheel, Cableway Argo, Central Bazaar & Bus station, Europe Square, Piazza Square. The apartment overlooks the courtyard, so street noise is not audible. Free parking in the courtyard.
