Maganda yung property sobrang maluwag at malinis kumpleto din sa mga gamit pang luto. At very proactive yung mga caretaker ng unit may libreng pabuko pa para sa mga guest. Highly recommended po itong place na to sa gusto magrelax, sulit ang binayad namin. For the owner i recommend na kung pede pa double check ng refrigerator gawa ng hindi na masyado lumalamig yung chiller sa baba.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

We had an incredible time at this property! The space was perfect for our small team-building. The atmosphere was so peaceful and inviting which made it easy for us to bond and focus on team activities and plus points for the thermal pool . The caretaker were incredibly accommodating. Suggestion to have a bathroom outside so you dont have to wet the floring on the inside going to the bathroom from the pool. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing yet productive getaway. Will definitely return for future team events

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

Celebrated my partner's birthday here with her dearest friends. The host was very responsive, the canva guide was very concise yet complete. Easy to reach even through commute, walkable from national road Very peaceful ambience, complete with tons of activities, board games, basketball ring + ball, archery, mahjong board, modern videoke set-up. Well planned interior, matched our cream theme. Spotless as well. The caretaker was very accommodating, easy to talk to, and super punctual. Personal favorite was the pool, the long table by the pool really hit the spot. The 4-6 ft pool depth was very enjoyable.

My family and I had a great time staying at One Pomelo Casitas! The location is convenient—just about 20 minutes after CALAX. We're from QC and left around 11 AM to account for traffic, but to our surprise, we arrived a little past 12 noon! We did have to wait a bit for the caretaker to finish cleaning since the previous guests had just checked out. Overall, we’re definitely planning to come back. We just hope they consider adding a common CR so we don’t have to enter the room every time (and get the floors wet), and maybe check the refrigerator—it’s spacious but didn’t seem to get cold enough. Still, it was definitely worth the price. Thank you!

I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

Thea is geniunely the best Host we had so far on AirBnb and that is after 20 bookings. we had a particular situation and her proactiveness and help was simply wayyyyy above and beyond our expectations. We had an amazing stay in your place. We really felt right at home. Super clean and cozy. Everything we need is here and there are lots of resorts nearby. 7/11 and some restaurants are walkable. In my years of staying in different Airbnbs, what set this HOME apart is the kindness of the owners (hosts) mam Luz and mam Prizza, and the caretaker Kuya Chad. Every year that I stayed at their place, there’s always a surprise upgrade which always gives me and my friends a big smile on out faces. Squeaky clean place, top-notch amenities, and best of all the videoke and outside dining area. Although I happen to leave quite early, the hosts were kind, compassionate, and were full of empathy. This place deserves more than 5 stars. It’s not just a place to sleep in if you’re looking for a vacation, it’s way more than that. Cook. Eat. Drink. Sing. Chill while watching Netflix, name it. Everything is here. But best of all, the people who own and take care of the place has always been kind. And for me, that’s why we always keep going back. And will come back again very soon (maybe in September). Thank you mam Prizza and mam Luz. And Kuya Chad. 10 stars each to all of you.

We spent Christmas here and it was wonderful through and through. It was clean and spacious - a treat to have found it a few days before Christmas eve. The old world charm was relaxing and nostalgic, and the host and caretaker's service and responsiveness were excellent. Already making plans to go back! Such a lovely place. Amazing view, cosy combined dining and living room. Beautiful pool area and last but not least, the caretakers. This came as a pleasant surprise, but the caretakers not only made us feel welcome, they even offered to clean after our meals. Fantastic location for a getaway for your large family. Roads are a little bumpy though :)

I love this place. My family loved it too. We will definitely come back again. Villa 3 was super clean when we arrived, the caretaker already set up the AC before we get there which I really really appreciate kasi ang dami naming ginawa before kami nag check in so pagod na kami before pa makarating sa Villa. Maluwag ang house, again its squeky clean, AC works well, sheets are all clean and all the beds were tucked in so well. Heater was working fine, bathroom was so clean as well and kung sensitive ka sa lights like we are. There's a lot of switches para makapili ka ng light na gusto mo lang buksan which is very good. Wifi is working fine as well so pwedeng pede mag wfh if kelangan while on vacation. The place is private, which I love so much.. This is a big plus for an introvert family like us. The pool is like 2mins drive away, when we get there kami lang tao dun sa pool area so nag enjoy talaga kami. I wish i can give you guys 10stars if i can.
