Studio apartment for two in Baska

This charming studio is situated in walking zone, in the old 16th century house and in the hart of old Baška. This is the way to feel real rhythm of life in this village. Everything is around you on a walking distance: beaches, grocery shops, coffee bars, restaurants and our private parking place too (80 m away). Studio has a small window and it's medieval architecture to blame. Of course, less daily light has some advantages during hot summer days, because apartment stay cold and comfortable.

Apartment 1 is located in the city center in the pedestrian zone. The location is quiet and pleasant for vacation. It has a beautiful view of the sea, the harbor, the Velebit massif and the island of Prvić. The apartment is comfortably and modernly furnished and fully equipped. It has two bedrooms , a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with a seating area. The sea and the beach are approx. 2 minutes from the apartment.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

This charming and traditional apartment is situated in the heart of old village within the car free zone (in a small and quiet street that crosses Zvonimirova main street in Baška) where you can feel real rhythm of life in Baška and its relaxing atmosphere from every nook and corner of the place you are staying in. The hause is more than 200 years old and is protected, among others, as cultural heritage by the Ministry of Culture of Croatia.

Doris A2 - 100 m from the sea, separate entrance

The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a very big terrace. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.

Klimaanlage in jedem Stock, WLAN.

Our house with sea view is located in the village Zakosa-bay near the towns of Senj and Sveti Juraj,under the mountain Velebit.There are three national parks in the vicinity.Nice place for a quite holiday. This apartment is for four persons. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
