Ho scelto la località come punto di appoggio per visitare le bellezze intorno .Altamura offre di per sé un centro storico fantastico e molte opportunità interessanti…la nostra meta iniziale era Matera che dista circa 15 km ed facilissima da raggiungere per poi visitare Alberobello e altre belle località .consiglio senza dubbio questa location se si vuole stare come a casa propria in tranquillità ottimo poi l ampio terrazzo !! Veramente ok!!

M-am simțit ca acasă. Gazdele sunt prietenoase și m-auajutat să ajung la gară cu mașina. O cazare de nota 10. Foarte Recomandat!

Tutto perfetto e come indicato nelle foto e nella descrizione. Terrazza Appia è un alloggio recentemente ristrutturato, silenzioso, pulito e completo di tutti i servizi. Carlo è un host gentile e sempre disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza e a fornire consigli sul territorio. Ottima esperienza! se cercate un alloggio a Potenza lo consiglio vivamente.

Appartement très bien situé a proximité du centre ville sans être dans le centre touristique. nous avons pu nous garer sans problème dans la rue. on était comme a la maison..avec deux salles de bain, le luxe!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt bei Carmela. Etwas außerhalb, aber schöne Strände mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Me encantó quedarme en este alojamiento. El lugar está decorado y tiene muebles increíbles (me encanta el ambiente que dan todas las lamparas), denota que se han cuidado los detalles. Patrizia me indicó perfectamente como llegar y aunque hay que bajar unas escaleras, pronto te das cuenta que son pocas para el estándar de Matera. La vista que tiene es inigualable y la facilidad con la que puedes llegar a los diferentes puntos de la ciudad histórica me facilito conocer a fondo Matera. Había muchas cosas para poder desayunar o tener un snack, algo que se aprecia mucho. El espacio de Patrizia aportó en gran medida a lo mucho que disfruté Matera

Fiquei por 1 mês no Airbnb da Anastasia. O lugar é bem equipado, possui tudo que é preciso para cozinhar algo caso for necessário. O quarto, cozinha e banheiro possuem um tamanho bom, ideal para um casal. O apartamento fica a uma distância caminhavel dos principais pontos turísticos e universidades da cidade. Anastasia me recebeu muito bem e foi pontual, recomendo fortemente. Recomendo tambem provar a focaccia barense da padaria Magda, que fica poucas quadras de distância.

Amazing ! I've stayed here a few times, good time as always! He is really kind and helpful, area is close to center. Front of house there is a market, pharmacy, tailor, bars, anything you need. I will definitely stay here next time!

J’ai passé un merveilleux moment dans l’appartement de Sandra. Le jardin est splendide, j’aurais aimé rester plus longtemps pour en profiter pleinement. L’appartement est très propre et il y a tout ce qu’il faut, même un immense parking privatif ! Je recommande fortement pour ceux qui veulent s’éloigner un peu de Bari et trouver de la tranquillité.

Marias und Donaldos Apartment ist ein schönes Zuhause auf Zeit in einer guten Wohngegend. Ein hoher freundlicher Raum. Kleiner, aber feiner Balkon mit gut gepflegten Pflanzen. Die Wohnung hat eine warme Ausstrahlung. Auch das Haus insgesamt mit Eingangshalle und Treppenhaus ist schön.

Gabriella’s place was wonderful, very welcoming, clean and tidy! The bed was super comfy and bathroom very clean. The air con worked well which was very much needed and Gabriella was one of the most communicative hosts I have had. She was very pro active and friendly from the beginning and gave clear check in/out instructions, sent us recommendations and was very responsive. Only con is it was about a 20 min walk from the centre of Bari which was quite intense in the heat. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

The apartment is centrally located, just a 12-minute walk from Bari Centrale train station and about 10 minutes from both the waterfront and the historic old town. Be prepared for five flights of stairs—a good cardio workout! The living room is compact but practical, while the kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with a four-burner gas stove, oven, and a pleasant dining area. A washing machine is also available. Heating comes from a wall-mounted unit that warms the space effectively; while there are wall furnaces, they do not appear to be in use. The bed is comfortable with a cozy comforter, and the Wi-Fi is reliable. The neighborhood is rustic, working-class, and densely populated, offering an authentic local experience. Bari itself is full of life, and the people are welcoming—making this a vibrant place to explore.
