Loved the place, our time was well spent.

Host is really responsive and gives cleared instruction, also it's a plus it's near to the airport which is very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room is superb…. Clean… calm and peaceful.. good view … walkable restaurants… easy check in … ms cris and nova are so responsive… trcommended this place .

Great place to stay in Cebu, best location in town with a nice view from the window. Its not very spacious as most places in the area but its well organized so you still have spaces to sit comfortably, cook, work etc. Huge swimming pool is a big plus. What I liked the most is the great acoustic, zero noise from the street and nearby units. Tony was very friendly and helpful, also let me check in early in the morning

Ma’am Lindsay was incredibly understanding and compassionate, especially considering my situation with my Lola, who is a patient. She showed genuine care and patience, which meant so much to us. The place was spotless, spacious, and very well-organized—exactly what we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Communication was smooth and timely, she responded quickly and helpfully to every question or request. Her warmth and professionalism made a big difference, and I truly appreciated her support throughout our stay. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable host.

The place was nice and beautiful. It was a great experience for us to stay in your place although we can hear the noise from the outside. The unit is big, spacious, clean, neat, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. And last it is ideal for remote worker because of the high speed internet. Thank you for the great unit 💛

Overall, it was a great place. Good working air conditioner. It would be great if the bathroom had a bidet though.

Great location easy access to everything - beach, restaurants, gym, grocery and pharmacy. The room was well-equipped with toiletries and drinking water, and since we stayed for a couple of weeks, Rochie thoughtfully arranged for regular replenishments. She was incredibly accommodating and quick to address any concerns we had. Her hospitality really made us feel at home.

We love Ma’am Maricris, she’s very nice to us and hospitable.

Ria Jane is friendly, and responsive to our concerns. The unit is in a very safe location. Restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy are nearby/walkable. We have what we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you Ria Jane. Definitely will stay in your unit on our next vacation!

저는 여행가면 침구류랑 화장실에 유독 민감한 편인데 괜한 걱정을 한 것처럼 침구 욕실 식기류 등등 완전 깨끗하고 달랐어요. 역시 사장님이 한국분이셔서 그런가 엄청 신경쓰신 티가 나서 좋았고, 그동안 여러번 묵은 뉴타운 숙소중에 단연 최고입니다. 재방문 의사 완전 있고, 다음에도 여기 스테이 할거예요!!! 그리구 하나하나 세심하게 신경써주신 사장님 완전 감동이었고 타국이라 그런지 사장님의 배려가 더 든든하게 느껴졌습니다 감사합니다!!

We had a fantastic stay at Victoria's Mactan Cebu condo! The place was impeccably clean and conveniently located right next to a variety of shops and restaurants, making our experience even more enjoyable. We had an absolutely amazing stay! The space was beautifully designed, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views of the mountains and city skyline were a highlight—truly picture-perfect! The amenities were top-notch. We enjoyed the pool, gym, and even had fun in the billiard room. The jacuzzi was a relaxing treat after a day of exploring Cebu. The location was perfect for both relaxation and adventure. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless. This property exceeded all our expectations. I will definitely stay here again.

The place is a lot better than what I anticipated! Location is amazing! Everything you need is near by, two 7 elevens, Starbucks next door, currency exchange 2 minute walk, a fast dryer that cost roughly 100 pesos to use. A really good barber shop. McDonald’s lots of restaurants near by. The home was lovely. I felt I really enjoyed everything !
