Bouldin Cottage

Come stay in this cozy cottage featuring a full kitchen, Nespresso machine, and a wonderful yard for pets! The house offers a king bed in the upstairs main room, a queen bed downstairs, as well as a large couch. We are also happy to provide a blow up mattress, if needed. Fiber/TV for those looking to get some work done. The home is located in a great neighborhood in Austin - walking distance to South Congress, top restaurants, Zilker, Town Lake and a $10 (typically) Uber to anything downtown.

Located across street from Hula Hut, Abel's, Mozart's, bus stop, BoatLanding, & Park. Bicycle share station 200 yards away. Located in Tarrytown, nicest & safest neighborhood in Austin. We are actually NOT near Leander, we just have a Leander address. We are near Volente and Lake Travis. ** If you wish to only rent out the upstairs of the home instead of the entire house for a lower nightly rate, please message me! ** Enjoy this hilltop spacious home with rustic decor. Lake Travis is currently having a drought and there is not water under the dock. The home is truly beautiful and the property is huge. Please note, this location is not good for giant loud parties.
