Cozy spot for 4, plus your furry friend! (Must be 21 to check-in, no cats) Less than a mile from Attitash Mountain Resort, this spot is home base for your next adventure. IF YOUR DOG IS JOINING YOU, please provide advanced notice, a $25/night pet fee for the first 4 nights (max$100), that rabies vaccination records be provided at check in, and that your dog have access to a crate for times that you must leave him/her behind! North Conway private, wooded in-town location

Our home sits on top of a hill looking down over a very quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of North Conway, between North Conway Village and Intervale/Kearsarge. The house sits on 1/2 acre of wooded land with a long dirt driveway leading up to a parking area that can accommodate 2-4 cars. Our home has direct access to the Whitaker Woods trail system that runs from Kearsarge to North Conway Village. We are also a short walk to the Moat restaurant and Stonehurst/Wild Rose restaurant.

Nestled among all the summer attractions of the area- 10 minutes to Story Land! Always something fun to do!

KimBills' is a newly renovated, cozy, first floor condo located at Attitash Mtn. Village, just minutes from the Saco River. Full kitchen well stocked with necessities, gas fireplace, A/C, Murphy bed and pull-out sofa bed with new, comfortable mattresses. Cable/internet, 55" TV, & board games. Large deck with lighting. Guests enjoy full use of all Attitash Mtn. Village amenities including river access, pools, sauna, hot tubs, tennis & basketball. Close to shopping and area attractions.

Sunny studio with king bed, private entrance, garage parking. Small but complete kitchen (under counter refrigerator). Great views of the Wildcat river. WiFi, cable. 1 mile to Jackson cross country trails and close to the village of Jackson. Non smoking. The space is 500 square feet. There is a two night minimum stay. Pet friendly. Starting in 2025, we will allow 1 dog without charge. You will be charged $40/stay for a second dog. Please supply information on breed and size.
