Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

Welcome to Fourty Winks we live in a quiet neighborhood. This is a 1 bedroom unit with a fold out couch. There is a beautiful park with an awesome playground 1 block away. The mall , best eateries & store are 2 mins. away. You have access to board/card games and toys for little ones. The whole group will have a pleasant stay in this cozy home! Our 5 bedrooms will comfortably sleep 10 of your closest family or friends. The back yard is fenced, and complete with a grill and picnic table for all the outdoor fun! This place is close to a plethora of restaurants, grocery, and playgrounds. We are 2 blocks away from Yellowstone Ave, 8 minutes to the hospital and ISU, 10 minutes to Old Town Pocatello, 30 minutes to Lava Hot Springs, and 25 minutes to Pebble Creek Ski area.
