This apartment is located in a very secured and peaceful place in south banasree. Everything was up-to-date and clean. Shanto bhaiya received us, he was very welcoming. The host, Nafisa Apu was very responsive and helpful.

I had a pleasant stay. If you follow the latitude and longitude given by Shafiq, you will be at the exact place. So, it was easy to find the address. The caretaker was helpful. He carried up and down my luggage’s and was responsive when I needed one or two things. You can cook by yourself and make tea/coffee and if you want to buy food that is also close enough to the place. The place was peaceful. If I need a place to stay in Dhaka, I would definitely be here again. As, Shafiq also has holiday flats in London for rents, if I visit there I would definitely knock him as he suggested.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Iftekher’s delightful apartment in Chittagong, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. The property's highlight is the exquisite rooftop garden, providing a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The apartment is well-furnished, offering all the essential comforts for a relaxing stay. It is ideal, situated away from busy thoroughfares yet conveniently only 15 minutes from downtown. Rangamati is conveniently located approximately an hour and a half away for those interested in exploration. The property manager, Helal Bhai, significantly enhanced my experience. He was warm and welcoming, always available to assist, and responded promptly to my inquiries unless he was engaged in prayer. His attentive demeanor added a personal touch to my visit. If you are contemplating a trip to Chittagong, I strongly endorse Iftekher’s apartment for a cozy and memorable getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well looked after. But what truly made the experience special was the support and kindness shown by the property owners. They’re genuinely lovely people—professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful in every way. Any issues that came up were handled swiftly and with real care. What made it even better is that they felt like one of us. Being from the UK ourselves, it was comforting to deal with people who understood our values, our way of doing things, and who made us feel right at home—like a proper family-type experience. Highly recommended, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Swarapkuthi is a beautiful area. This villa is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Bangladesh. The house is clean and relaxing, the canals are beautiful, and the locals are all very friendly. Ish is an amazing host, going above and beyond to facilitate your stay and match your needs. He was incredibly thoughtful, helping me to both get from Dhaka to Swarapkuthi, and to my next destination. He also suggested and planned out great tours and activities for me during my stay (a tour of the nearby timber market, furniture makers, plant nurseries, the bazaar, and a boat ride through the canals). As well, the housing manager Liton is very helpful and accommodating. Would strongly recommend adding this location to your itinerary.

It was really an amazing experience for staying with large family members along with kids. Lots of open space, kid’s play area and homely environment attracted us to stay peacefully. It was a great stay. Hosts were so much responsive and friendly. I was so touched about their friendly conversation. Rahul bhai is a cool guy, and both Rahul bhai and Bably apu were always there for any help. Caretaker was also so much humble and responsive. Apartment was the perfect as shown in the picture, anyone will love it while staying there as it will feel like home. Everything was well organised. I loved the kitchen and washrooms, because it was well maintained and clean. Bedrooms were also well organised and I must say that the hosts has a great taste in decorating the apartment. By location I think this is the best place in Dhaka city to stay, as you can find most of the famous restaurants in this area and can move any corner in the city very easily. I will surely stay again in future.

I had a wonderful stay at Perla’s place. The house was exactly as described — very clean, comfortable, and beautifully organized. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I hope to stay here again in the future! I appreciate the excellent accommodation provided.
