We had a wonderful stay! The space is practical and simple, yet incredibly cozy and affordable. Although it was a new listing with no reviews, I felt completely at ease trusting it, thanks to the hosts’ prompt and detailed communication. Their attention to detail and responsiveness made the entire experience seamless. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and the location was ideal. It’s easy to catch a Grab or Bolt, and just a short walk to the train station (max 10mins). 7-11 is just beside the entrance and also a short stroll to jodd fairs night market (5mins) and some malls.. plus it’s conveniently located near the Klook meet-up point for our tours, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and value! Thanks for accommodating us ❤️

My stay at this place was as pleasant as It could get. The host is super host in true sense. Always responding to messages, friendly and helpful, even if it is not related to your stay he will try to help you with his best. The condo was clean and all amenities mentioned in the listing were provided. In fact we asked for induction cooktop and he arranged it specially for us. Facilities of the building is even better than some 5 star hotels. Infinity edge pool at 56th floor is mesmerising. Gym was well equipped and sky lounge was a great spot to work. I will surely book this airbnb again.

The host is great. It is a convenient location. The furniture is acceptable and clean. It should have been great stay of there hadn’t been the earthquake on 27 March 2025.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The entering procedure is easy to follow and was well explained by Anthony. The apartment is quite big and has all equipment one would need. All was clean. We also used Netflix. There is a washing machine at the balcony but we didn´t use it. The location is close to major shopping centers and metro station. However, the apartment itself is quite. Absolute nothing to complain.

Place was very clean and new, host was also very prompt with reply! The whole place was great! Would be perfect if there was an in-build washing machine in the apartment! Would definitely come back again ☺️

Apartament położony jest w cichej i spokojnej okolicy, dla mieszkańców budynku dostępna jest silownia oraz baseny, a także wewnętrzne, zielone patio. Bardzo blisko od apartamentu jest centrum handlowe BigC (warto poszukać w nim "baru mlecznego" FoodStory mają promocje na dania w cenie 29 bath, porcje są duże, a jedzenie naprawdę pyszne, w centrum jest też sklep spożywczy). W okolicy jest kilka street barów z pysznym jedzeniem, taxi do centrum kosztuje około 230 bath,, ale w poblizu jest też przystanek autobusowy oraz stacja metra. Czuliśmy się jak u siebie w domu, polecamy z całego serca.

I really enjoyed the stay at Ace’s place. Great Location, spacious room for my family. The place is just 5min walk to Phayar Thai BTS and airport railway link. So very convenient to travel from Airport. Overall it was a lovely stay !

oh, it was really nice to stay here for 5 days 4 nights. my family really happy with all the facilities the host gave to us. bathroom is really clean. the host very responsive. And the price is very worth it. Really recommended this house while u want to stay in Thailand👍👍👍

Good spot away from busy traffics and nice place to stay

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

這是一個非常新的民宿，民宿亦有停車場供應，只是泊車位置較為狹窄，需要小心停泊。清潔方面也是可接受的，只是某些部份位置也看到一些灰塵，唯一需要改善的事，屋內有很多小昆蟲。整體來說，非常滿意是次住宿。

Great stay, very comfortable apartment literally 30 seconds from Wang Lang market. The apartment is down a quiet alley way so not disturbed by market noise. High end appliances and fittings, a pleasure to stay here.

Kunjira is a very nice host. Kawee is a very good housekeeper. The house is very warm and cozy, just as shown in the pictures. It's very close to the Big C supermarket, so it's quite convenient. And it's very safe. The only concern is that the back door of the garage is not locked, which makes me a little worried. Overall, the experience is very good.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay for Songkran Gathering! We had an incredible week at this Airbnb celebrating Songkran with friends! The house was perfect for our group—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, close enough to the water fights but still peaceful when we wanted to relax. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making sure we had a smooth check-in and offering drinking water in the fridge for ready to drink. The outdoor area was a great bonus for our post-festival hangouts, and the kitchen had all the basic essentials for cooking meals together. Would absolutely stay here again for future gatherings—highly recommend!

It was a great spot and the apartment stood way beyond our expectations. Clean, organised, all appliances needed for a short and comfortable stay. Surprisingly even the minute of details like keeping hand sanitiser, corona swabs test swabs, first aid kits, extra pillows, sufficient tissues, all in all kept for the guests to use! The location is convenient and walkable distance to metro station and they also provide free buggy ride to the station. 7 11 store available all round the clock right inside the apartment complex was a boom. Mini shops, massage parlours all are seen within the complex.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement dans la résidence The Room à Lad Phrao. Accès facile et rapide aux transports en commun. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement et les rideaux occultants n'occultent pas... La seconde chambre est une chambre aveugle. La piscine de la résidence est absolument somptueuse. Un endroit à recommander.

I stayed a few days after the quake and life was pretty normal. No cracks on walls or building but Garden cordoned off as well as the roof top pool. No biggie. Hope it’s re-opened next time. Super easy walk to MRT and secure, cozy, private apartment with amenities on the ground floor. There were a few more rules noted in the flat e.g. smoking weed carries an enormous fine which should be made clear online but again, no biggie. It was a lovely place to unwind after exploring

We were delighted in all aspects and were touched when Elle called immediately after the earthquake to see if we were ok. The building personnel saw that we were comfortable outside the building, brought fans and electrical outlets for phone charging and provided bottled water for all until they allowed us in. The car service from the airport was a wonderful touch and very comfortable. We enjoyed having the 7-11 on the premise and the foot masseuse downstairs. We were located close to so many things and loved our stay. Foodvenders were so plentiful in the area we did not feel a need to cook.

It's a more local part of the city so we liked experiencing the quiet and privacy. There is a really good restaurant outside the gate to the left. The condo is very cozy, it's facing a small shrine and getting lots of nice sunlight. The rooftop area is lovely to hang out for fresh air :)

I could not recommend this airbnb enough! The location was absolutely amazing and it is a short walk to the mrt. The host is incredibly responsive and friendly, I forgot some items in the airbnb and she had absolutely no problem making an arrangement for me to collect them. She was also very quick to check up on me after the earthquake. I had an incredible stay. The decore is also very beautiful and the amenities are great.

One of the best experience we’ve had. The host Kai was the best and very helpful, the place is absolutely fantastic, great pool, gym, apartment is very spacious. Everything was amazing. Thanks for this high end experience. We will come back
