Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

Wonderful house, well equipped with amenities -paper products, toiletries, kitchen stocked. Comfortable beds and cold AC. Located close to the convention center metro station. Great secure parking. Lots of stairs!

Had a really great stay for three nights at this lovely home in Edgewater. The house sits on a corner lot with wonderful views of the bay. The neighborhood is safe and cozy. Lots of friendly people out walking and enjoying the surroundings. Felt right at home. The house was clean and very functional. Eddie was great to work with and I would recommend this to anyone wanting a home base for the Annapolis and surrounding areas.

Great, affordable option for our stay, which was to go to concerts at the Black Cat and Anthem. The 14th Street buses, which take you to the Green metro line at Columbia Heights, stop 2 blocks away so it was easy to get down to U Street and the Wharf. Finally, the spacious outdoor area was a nice bonus.

From the first time we communicated to the final day of our stay at Pirate's Perch, John was a fantastic host. Very kind and helpful, even recommending local restaurants for us to visit. Thank you, John!

We had a wonderful time staying at the house! Tony is kind and responsive and really cares that guests have a good experience. The little surprises were great, like new cozy wall to wall carpet downstairs, and plenty of bathrooms to accomodate guests. The decorating touches around the house make it feel warm and inviting. Its a lovely quiet neighborhood in a great location!

Great place to get away, cozy historic home with a beautiful rooftop patio. Lovely location to go out and explore, grab some food and drinks, or stay in with your favorite people and enjoy some fun in the sun. It would be nice to have on site parking, but a public park isn’t too far away to walk.

My husband and I stayed at Thad's place for one night following a Washington Capitals hockey game. The location is convenient to Capital One Arena with it being just a short Uber ride away. We arrived after dark and it was still easy to find! The neighborhood is very nice and I felt very safe. The space looks just like the pics. It is very clean and quiet. The bed is super comfortable! Thad is very responsive and quick to answer any questions. He provides lots of information upfront as well as recommendations for what to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone considering it! Thanks Thad! You were great!

Great stay very close to family and all Capitol Hill has to offer. Two bedrooms are rare in this area. Anne was a wonderful host.

I had a great time staying at Hudsons place. It is in the perfect area, and close to many restaurants/cafes. Hudson was very responsive during my stay, which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend staying here if you are ever visiting DC!

Adorable neighborhood and very conveniently located near Whole Foods and the Metro. Bed was very comfy. It was perfect for what we needed!

The space was beautiful! The rooftop was my favorite, being able to read a book in the quiet. They always responded quickly and were so nice! They also saved a parking spot for us in the back which we didn’t end up using because parking was not an issue at all up front.

Instructions were very accurate. I followed it every step of way and i could find apt and parking easily. Apt was very clean, cozy , great colors, furniture, appliances all worked perfectly. We checked in around sunset and it was beautiful view and colors in balcony gorgeous . Host was very responsive. Location is great, walkable neighborhood, lot of families and young crowd, loved the lobby, and entrance also the building has been kept in great shape.

The entire unit was immaculate & super comfortable. Great location & easily walkable to restaurants, shopping & USNA. Ellen was a pleasure to deal with & always communicated on a timely basis. We had a fabulous stay!

A great stay! I felt right at home at Bens place and there were grocery stores and good restaurants nearby. It was also a quick 14 minute walk to the Walter Washington Convention Center. Overall, a super comfortable space with everything you'd need for a DC stay in a trendy neighborhood. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The accommodations were perfect for two couples - we all were highly satisfied and quite relieved that in fact all was as "advertised"

Comfortable modern, well maintained appartment , perfect location near metro and Bethesda center with shops and restaurants. Our host was responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend staying here for tourism or work.

I would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again next time we are in town. This place was beautifully furnished with everything you could want and more. It was close to the train station with a parking area for our car, which was very secure and had an adorable back yard patio to enjoy. It was beautifully furnished and spotless! You can definitely tell how much these owners care about their property and your stay as they have thought of every detail. Oh, and did I mention how clean and spotless it was!!! You will not be disappointed staying here! Thank you George… we loved staying in your beautiful home.

Israel place was perfect. It was waking distance to many great venues, like the Nationals Stadium, the Bible museum & the White House even. It had great amenities, water, snacks, coffee & even wine. Israel was responsive. The parking we thought might be a problem but it worked out perfectly because he was able to give us a temp permit.
