Hosts were lovely, incluing their sweet dog! Quiet, clean, with all we needed including coffee.

I stayed here visiting family nearby. The place is very clean and set up thoughtfully for guests. I really appreciated that it was already stocked with some coffee and creamers, so I didn't need to go shopping right after arriving. The neighborhood is small but walkable and has two good seafood restaurants a short walk away. Pam provided clear instructions and communication.

Ingrid and Jay were very welcoming - they made us feel like family friends instead of Airbnb guests. The carriage home was charming and decorated nicely. It felt like home for the weekend!

We were in and out but the cleanliness and privacy of the space were beyond expectations. A perfect little resting spot in Arnold!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Glen’s place on Kent Island. The view was stunning. That was my favorite part, just sitting outside having coffee and enjoying that gorgeous water view in peace and tranquility. We started off with a little bit of a hiccup, but I truly appreciated their response and taking care of it quickly. Life isn’t always perfect, but it’s how you respond to those situations that make all the difference. We ultimately had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property to our friends

What a treat to stay in the Carriage House of such a historic and pretty home during our weekend in D.C.! Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood blocks away from the U.S. Capitol, there's plenty to see, do, and eat, all while feeling like a local. There was plenty of room in the unique space for our family of 3 and the available parking spot and back patio/garden were fantastic bonuses to have. We used the trifecta of walking, driving, and taking the Metro to easily get everywhere we wanted to go throughout the weekend. We loved learning about the history of the home and the neighborhood and would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

It was great for us as a home base for our stay in Maryland. The open plan of the second floor space was actually larger than I had imagined from the on-line photos, and worked well for my wife and me, and our energetic 50lb dog. Set in a mature forest, the tree-top views from the expansive windows are wonderful, a welcome departure from the usual hotel experience. The unusual location of the bathroom takes some getting used to, but was clearly explained by the hosts during the booking process, and we came prepared.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Rockville, MD! The location was fantastic—situated in a very walkable neighborhood with lots of shops nearby and three playgrounds within walking distance. It was ideal for both kids and adults alike. The home itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our family of five for a week. The layout provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel at home. As dog owners, we especially appreciated the ample space for our furry friends to run around. Although one of their dogs didn’t get along with ours, the hosts made it easy to restrict access, so it wasn’t an issue during our stay. Overall, this Airbnb offered a great combination of comfort, convenience, and family-friendly features. We’d happily stay here again!

These hosts are the best - kind, friendly without being intrusive, and always ready to help. The property is impeccably maintained and thoughtfully appointed - lovely decor, nice bed and cozy linens, and coffee, tea, and cooking supplies in the kitchen. We are retreat guests, and this was our first visit when the weather was nice enough to sit on the deck of the bedroom. Lovely! You will not regret a stay at the Little Wooded Casita.

Alice's place was ideal. Very clean and comfortable. We were visiting family for a week and the location allowed us to be in easy reach of them. I would highly recommend this very quiet little place to stay. It was very easy and quick to communicate with Alice.

This place was just as advertised. We were visiting friends and family from Silver Spring to Aspen Hill so location couldn't have been better. The inviting touches Binyam added for us as guests were above and beyond. The living room area is small but the outside area was where we wanted to be anyway! It was awesome. The bedrooms and bathroom were just as advertised, and having a washer and dryer was the cherry on top. Highly recommend this spot!

I really enjoyed my stay here at Stacey’s cottage. We were very satisfied with the both the cleanliness and amount of amenities available for us. Everything felt very relaxed, and Stacey did not overbear us with too many rules or instructions besides for us to clean up our own trash. If you need a place to stay in cantonsville, I really recommend this place.

I stayed in Chris’ Treehouse just over two weeks. It’s a beautiful carriage apartment and looked just like the pictures. For me, the distance from places was fine and he was super responsive to anything I needed the whole time. I’d would definitely stay there again. Was able to get plenty of food and grocery deliveries there with ease. Book this place!!!

Love this location. Directly across the street from a beautiful park. Great neighborhood to walk and explore. Convenient to public transportation.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The location was perfect for my needs and is close to the great bars and restaurants of the Hampden neighborhood. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The price was also quite reasonable for 4 nights. I would absolutely stay here again when in Baltimore.

I enjoyed my stay at the beautiful carriage house in the Shaw neighborhood. It was a perfect spot to work from during the day — Wi-Fi was strong and there’s a cute little office nook. And it’s close to transit for exploring DC!Chris was a welcoming and friendly host, very responsive. A few things to note: the kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, fridge, and microwave. However it’s not outfitted for cooking full meals. There’s also construction happening directly outside — in my experience, from the hours of ~8am-5pm, inclusive of Saturday. Overall, a wonderful stay!

I really loved my stay at Farida’s place! The space was spacious, gorgeous, bright, warm, and cozy and had everything one might need for a comfortable stay. Farida truly thought of everything and I appreciated the little touches that made her place stand out from others. I absolutely loved the neighborhood and it was an easy walk to shopping and great restaurants, in addition to being super close to Rock Creek for running. Farida was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating! I really enjoyed meeting her and wish we had had more time to chat! Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. I look forward to staying at Farida’s place when I am back in the area!

We enjoyed our stay at The Carriage House. The place was very clean and tidy. Checking in and out was easy and we were grateful to receive a parking pass. Walking to the monuments was quite far, but definitely doable. I definitely recommend staying at The Carriage House if you plan on seeing everything DC has to offer.

We planned an overnight stopover in DC to see family before continuing our trip and Alex's studio unit did the trick. It was close to the family condo, had the amenities we needed, and was a charming little space for the two of us. Given the parking challenges in DC, having the pass for on-street parking was a major plus. Alex was immediately responsive and was very helpful when we had a question. Definitely a place we would stay again the next time we come to DC.

We had a fantastic stay at the Cellar on Girard! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see in DC while still feeling like a quiet neighborhood retreat. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Austin was a terrific host — incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Five stars all around. Would definitely stay here again!

Melinda is a fabulous host and was very responsive. The carriage house is an amazing location, convenient to the metro and plenty of shops and restaurants.
