1 of my top 3 list best stay. Azreen is very friendly, responsive and helpful. Feel very much like own home, decorations is stunning, TV 65 inches, perfect watch scary movies night..🥵🥶. house is cozy and seaview.. better than Timur Bay... Will definately repeat stay if going Kuantan again.. Azreen even allow extend check out to 1 pm since following day no one checking in. Super 5 star host... 🖐

Pro: Host was very responsive, easy self-checkin process. Parking also easy. The unit is equipped with few kitchen utensils and a fridge. Got pool+beach view balcony. Pool area very big and next to the beach. Near to mini market, restaurant and donut shop. Host provides extra mattress too! So thankful for this :) Cons: Lack of mirror and all family members need to use the only one mirror in master bedroom. Underbed is quite dusty. Interior can improve in terms of wall color to make it more alive/new. Thanks.

we stayed for 1 month. the unit is perfect for couple like us. the beach front was spacious, we tried all the local food restaurants opposite the apartment. we hope to return.

Easy check in. Great location. Clean and nice place to stay.

Everything is as per described and pictured. Worth the stay if want a sea view. Just that it might get very hot in the morning.

It was a pleasant stay. We really enjoy the house, balcony facing the beach (breezy), the beds are so comfortable. The bathrooms are spotless clean. Overall the house is cozy. Everything is perfect! We’ll definitely come back. For parking, you can opt to park near the unit. Just pay a little extra. Good foods and restaurants are nearby. We enjoy the keropok, satar and malay breakfast just the opposite road of the apartment/condo. There is also Zus!

I had a fantastic stay at TimurBay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The beach was just a short walk away, and the facilities especially the pool were excellent. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The unit was great! very clean, very "homey". our kids love it, especially my youngest daughter since she can go to the swimming pool. Worth the pay. we would highly recommend to others to stay here. definitely we will stay again whenever we come to Kuantan! A great experience with stay, at the height of 27th floor, this property offers a breath taking view of the Kuantan City. The City of Kuantan gets really quite after 8pm, This property however, is well protected by professionally trained security officers while a carefully designed and highly sophisticated security system that keep me feel really safe at night. Next right to a Premium Hotel, you enjoy the same facilities as the hotel guests, at 75% or half the price of the hotel (depends on seasonality) . Overall, a very pleasant experience and I will definitely stay in this property again in the near future.
