We've found a rare gem in airbnb. At first, I was hesitant to book it because it looked too good to be true. Other listings are at least 50% higher than their rate and their place looked so much bigger in the picture. I had to do some legit check, then we eventually booked it. I'm glad we did. Here are the things that make this place great. 1. Host - I don't think I've encountered a host as responsive, attentive and as proactive as Eva and Jayson. They're very welcoming and you can feel that they are really happy and proud to host you. 2. Ambience - if you want peaceful and relaxing stay, this is the place place 3. Food - you don't need to bring anything else for your meals. They have a resto-bar inside that offers a wide range of food orders. Their food are reasonably priced, generous servings, and delicious. Don't forget to try their halo-halo and choco batirol. 4. Cleanliness - rooms are big and clean, and PWD friendly (which is what we need) All in all, it was worth booking. 😊

The place is big enough for 30 people. The caretakers were very friendly and assisted us with our requests. We also loved the patio and backyard which allowed us to host our team building activities. We only wished that the kitchen is bigger. There were also mosquitoes but they provided insect repellants and electric insect killers. Overall, we loved the place and recommends this bnb to big groups.

I stayed for 8 nights. It's exactly as in the pictures. Was very happy with the amenities (wifi, aircon, fridge, stove, kettle, utensils, bidet, Netflix, tables). The subdivision can be hard to get around if you're unfamiliar with the place (Sta. Maria Rd. is watery and there was construction, but M.Villarica Rd. was fine), but once I figured it out, it was great. If you don't have your own car, a few tricycles wait out the gate, barring lunch time and late night in my experience (July 2023), while JoyRide can get you inside in the evenings. There are also several sari-sari stores inside the subdivision, one was right next door. The lockbox also provided for flexible check-in. Definitely worth the price if you're looking for a place to stay in the area.

We are a family of four. We enjoyed our stay. The place is so peaceful and relaxing. The staffs and manager was very approachable and they'll truly assist you all the way.

It was the best escape from the crowded and loud city. You can just seat on the porch and watch the sun rise behind the mountain range. It is a beautiful place to connect with the nature as you are surrounded by mountains and trees. At night, all you hear is the chirping crickets which is accompanied by their complimentary bonfire (you can also add some s'mores kit to make the night more lovely). They have attentive staffs that are on standby on your needs. Room is very spacious and clean with some board and card games so you wouldn't get bored. The rooms, if i may add is also very aesthetic and has homey vibe, that includes the restroom as well. Overall, it was a very good stay and will definitely come back!

I would definitely recommend this place. It’s exactly as described in the App. It was just unfortunate that we could only stay one night in it.
