Körülötte nagy terasz, lugas csodálatos kilátás és egy élettel teli szőlőskert vár. Reggelente a végtelen csöndben a szemközti kukoricaföldet az őzikék és nyulak örömmel látogatják.

A Káli medence szomszédságában, a Nivegy-völgyben, Szentjakabfán kínálunk kiadásra egy 2021-ben elkészült vendégházat. A Kemencés Ház a szentjakabfai Manduláskertben van, ahol további 2 vendégház fogad vendégeket. A házhoz saját kert, teraszok és egy grillezésre is alkalmas kemence van. A vendégházhoz fedett kocsibeálló is van. A Manduláskert vendégei számára rendelkezésre áll egy 15x4,5 méteres sós vízű medence is. A Manduláskertet azoknak ajánljuk, akik szeretik a csendet és a nyugalmat.

Maga az utca zsákutca, így nincs átmenő forgalom, csendes, békés. A szabadstrand is 5-7 percre van gyalog, így kényelmesen megközelíthető bármikor. Bevásárlási lehetőség (Aldi) 10 perc sétával közelíthető meg. A Házikó kényelmes 6+2 fő számára: 2 háló+ 1 ajtóval elszeparálható nappali.
