Tu habites dans un deux-pièces avec une chambre à coucher, un salon et une cuisine avec lave-vaisselle. Vous dormirez dans un grand lit (160 cm x 200 cm) ou sur un canapé-lit confortable (couchage permanent). Sur votre balcon, vous pourrez terminer la journée avec un verre de vin. Une place de parking personnelle dans l'arrière-cour fait partie de l'appartement. La Trachenberger Platz est le centre du quartier de Pieschen avec un supermarché, un kebab, une boulangerie, un boucher, etc.

Unsere Oase der Ruhe haben wir erschaffen um euch einen stilvollen und gemütlichen Rückzugsort zu schaffen. Fühl dich also bitte wie zuhause. Das Apartment befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit gemütlichem Außenbereich im mediterranen Stil. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist gern zum Verweilen eingeladen.

The 1-room apartment was recently renovated to a high standard and has a kitchen, a bathroom, a spacious living/dining area with 160x200cm queen-size bed, dining/desk, cozy lounger for relaxing, which can be converted into a sleeping area if required, fast WiFi and opaque curtains & mirrored windows. It is also centrally located in the popular Südvorstadt district, with the KarLi just around the corner. Nevertheless, it is comparatively quiet.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel von Halle. In 20 Gehminuten oder knapp 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn ist man im Stadtzentrum, zu Fuß hat man es nur 5 Minuten bis zu den Parks an der Saale. Zahlreiche Museen und Galerien sind bequem zu erreichen, Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und individuell eingerichtet, dabei nicht vollgestellt. Bis 5 Personen können wir beherbergen.

My flat is a five minute walk away from the stadium (Red-Bull Arena) and a fifteen minute walk away from the city centre. It is located near the beautiful canal Elstermühlgraben and the city port. The flat is of high quality and well equipped.
