Very nice location.The host is so responsive and accommodating. Nice place.The gym and pool amenities were a plus.

Booked the room for my parents and they loved it. The area is near Jollibee, KFC, Ayala, and Capitol. Room is clean with fast wifi.

Excellent view and location. Everything is nearby and the staff is amazing. The place is located in a busy area but it's low-key. The pool area is not designed for large gatherings but there is a large open area adjacent to the pool that is perfect for that. You probably need approval from management, but they seem like they would say yes to most reasonable request (8 people or less). Lastly, I would rather stay here than the nearby Seda Hotel. Same area; just a different price.

This place was absolutely amazing! The unit was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed—from a comfy bed to fast WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix. The balcony view was a great bonus, and having direct access to Robinsons Mall made everything super convenient. I loved being able to use the gym, billiards room, and the pool, which was clean and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and Evelyn was a great host—responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her space. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bacolod. Highly recommend!

The place was exactly as described. This unit was really what i wanted with big windows and lots of windows. Accessible to the town and easy to navigate.

The place looks exactly like what’s on the pictures. Very nice and clean place. kristine was a great host, very responsive and quick to solve things that we need.

The stay was enjoyable, and the location was excellent, complete with all the necessary amenities. The small iron was particularly useful, and I really appreciated the tea setup. However, we did encounter a small issue during check-in when the door wouldn’t open, so we had to wait for the owner to come and let us in. We are very grateful that she promptly helped us, especially considering the distance she traveled. The hand soap and shampoo provided were of excellent quality, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the view was fantastic. Air-condition was top notch compared to other spaces this was adequate and could reach my desired cozy temperature of 16 to 18. will be my go to place!

Host is very responsive and even let us check in 2hrs before the check in time. The condo itself feels very safe and staff were very friendly, it also has large pool to relax and the Location is very accessible if you want to commute using public transportations. The Unit itself is very clean, bed is very comfy, living room is spacious enough and very comfy, best one for us is that the unit is on the 14th floor with a balcony and has the best relaxing clear view of the pool and the city. We checked so many places but my partner and I both agreed that this one has the greatest value. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope that this place will be still be vacant when we comeback here to visit.

The host was very responsive and friendly. Arrived late (early morning) but still we were accommodated and welcomed. Place was peaceful and quiet but near the city center (10min drive). Walking distnace to Supermarket, laundry and eateries. Excellent stay in Bacolod!

Casa Mia (Jinoe’s place) is really a home away from home. Checking in was smooth and easy. The place has everything you need and more. The lay out of the unit is superb. I feel jealous. I wanted a place like this in the Philippines. Great use of space. Plenty of storage. It is perfect!

I highly recommend to those planning to visit the beautiful city of Bacolod.. very clean and safe neighborhood.. walking distance to many shops and restaurants... you won't regret it staying at One Regis.. the staff are very friendly and professional

Jeanette was so responsive and accomodating, even offered us the airbed for our baby just incase we need it but I only requested for extra pillows. The place was so clean, you got everything you needed especially for long stays. Also everything around was so accessible and it was a peaceful stay there. I would definitely book again here. Great stay, close to lagoon, easy check in and quick response from host

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was just beside Ayala Malls Capitol Central, it was accessible and the location was great. The unit was also just as same as the pictures. They also provided water and coffee which was greatly appreciated.

This spot was not only quiet and cozy, but it was also conveniently close to everything we needed, making my stay relaxing and incredibly convenient.

Ames place is very considerately put together with many little touches that makes it a very nice place to stay. notably, the AC works really well, the TV is really large, has all the latest apps and works really fast, there's also an air fryer in the kitchen so it makes it really easy to cook so you don't have to always eat out. it's located in a building that is right across the street from a really great mall where you have access to all you're going to need when you're staying in bacolod. The building itself is also staffed with very helpful and considerate employees, they even offer you free umbrellas when it's raining and will help get you anywhere you need to in the city. city. I also really enjoy taking the trikes that are parked across the street and you can pretty much go anywhere you want for 20 to 30 pesos. the house is also always available for us. we needed them once and they showed up and the resolve their problems our way. anyway, great spot highly recommend it.
