The wooden fixtures and hardwood floors of this home create a natural look that embodies the spirit of Colorado. Enjoy incredible views of Greys and Torreys peak from the comfort of a gas fire-warmed lounge or out on the deck. Frisco Short Term Rental License: STR19-F0259 This brand new 2 bedroom (3 bed) condominium is perfect for a family escape to the mountains or to share a weekend away with friends. A new build, the condo is immaculately equip and conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Frisco bars and restaurants. Both bedrooms are ensuite. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second room has queen over queen bunk beds. The lounge has an incredible view of Greys and Toreys peak, 2 of Colorado's famous ft mountains. Which can be enjoyed in front of the gas fire or out on the small deck. Condo sleeps 6 comfortably (1 King Bed and a Queen over Queen bunkbed), has WiFi internet, TV via Amazon Firestick. Live channels via Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix and HBO are also available. The condominium has underfloor heating throughout, gas fireplace and a fully equip kitchen and single car garage. Parking for one additional vehicle is also provided. Just outside the condo is a summit stage bus stop providing access to 4 mountains. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes until 2:00am. Perfect if you want to avoid parking charges at the slopes or just enjoy apres-ski and leave the car. The condominium has WiFi. We have provided an Amazon Fire Stick, which includes HBO, Netflix as well as amazon Prime shows and films which are free to use. Any films rented will simply be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay. The Kitchen The condominium contains gas stove, microwave/grill, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Cookware such as pots and pans and baking trays is provided. We don't live local so we won't get in your way! Located at the base of Mount Royal, the condo is walking distance to Frisco's wealth of authentic bars and delicious local restaurants. Spend the day in the town or head to one of the many picturesque hiking and biking trails in the area. The summit stage stops just outside the property boundary offering free transport i the slopes and all major towns. Runs untill 2:00am. Avoid expensive parking at the slopes and enjoy a beer!

Amazing views of major peaks in summit from second story. Sunny and bright condo with windows everywhere to enjoy both sunset and sunrise! Spacious 850 sq.ft. with private garage. Comfortable furnishings (lg dining table, new leather sofa and recliner, smart tv) and fully stocked kitchen will make you feel right at home. Enjoy the trails right outside your door. Superhosts for many years! Our beautiful condo is perched on the top of Summit County (Wildernest!) with Buffalo Mountain & Arapahoe National Forest trailhead right behind the condo. Great place to get away from reality! Timber Ridge condos has the best clubhouse with a pool, hot tubs and more! Our condo is perfect for a family or for a quick getaway for friends! Ski In and Gondola out. Perfect ski location.

4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome has plenty of room for 11 people. Living area features big windows overlooking the town and views of Baldy, as well as a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed. Grill and a hot tub! Excellent location. Ski/walk to the Gondola and at the end of the day, Ski-in off the 4 O’clock Run. Home just two blocks off of historic Main St. Perfect for family gathering and groups. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

Adorable and Cozy Family/Group Oriented Condo

Great for families or large groups with a variety of sleeping arrangements. Wood fireplace, 2 bedrooms/2 bath and full loft, great kitchen, and close to awesome restaurants and shopping. The location backs up to a trailhead for summer hiking and close ski locations include Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Vail, and Beaver Creek.
