Azzano Decimo : locations de villas de vacances

Hervorragender Aufenthalt in der Villa. Trotz schlechteren Wetters konnten wir die vielen Möglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück gut nutzen. Fußball, Volleyball, Tischtennis, Kicker, Pool und für unsere regnerischen Tage war der überdachte Außenbereich mit Feuer-/Grillstelle optimal. Die Kommunikation war einfach und alle Fragen wurden zügig und schnell beantwortet. Auch unser späterer Check-in wurde einfach ermöglicht. Man benötigt 400 € in bar für die Kaution. Kleinere Schäden, wie kaputte Gläser, werden aber nicht abgezogen.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella chalet gli ultimi giorni di dicembre e i primi di gennaio Casa molto bella e pulita ottima posizione sia per la vista spettacolare che per la vicinanza alle piste Ci siamo trovati benissimo anche con un cagnolino di piccola taglia che ha girato nel grande giardino che circonda la casa Jacopo ragazzo disponibile e gentile Speriamo di tornarci presto

Nous avons logés à 4 pendant 7 nuits dans l’appartement de Milvia. Très propre et spacieux, l’appartement est idéalement placé. Il est à 500 m de la gare (des trains toutes les 1/2 heures) et à seulement 15mn (2 arrêts) du centre de Venise. Avec un abonnement à la semaine, le coût est très avantageux (pas de parking ni de bouchons). Milvia est très avenante et accueillante, très discrète aussi. Elle soucieuse du bien-être de ses clients. Seul petit bémol : les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain donc pas pratique quand on est 4 ou 5 adultes + pas de douche, uniquement une baignoire ! Néanmoins je recommande fortement cet appartement, nous y reviendrons 😉😄

This is our second time staying at Nicola’s place and we love it. The area is beautiful and we love the small restaurants and bars. Nicola’s place is very clean and so comfortable in every way. We hope to come back soon for a 3rd stay.

Everything was perfect. Robi was a wonderful host. He was always responsive and helped us with local recommendations. The home is new and it was very comfortable for our group of four adults. We especially loved the new bike path and the close proximity to the sea. Highly recommend for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

We were two families touring Italy in cars so this location worked fine. It was in a good neighborhood with a lovely outdoor patio for relaxing and play area for children. Both the upstairs apt and the lower level apt were clean and nicely furnished. To access the islands of Venice, we drove to a parking area near Venice and took the local bus into and out of Venice (1.50 euros each person, parking about 7 Euros). I'm sure you could access Venice using public transportation as well.

Had an incredible time at this gorgeous Vila!.. the property was well maintained and had been beautifully interior designed by the host. Michela was an absolute gem of a host!.. she went above and beyond our needs and was an incredibly kind & genuine. She’s welcomed us with open arms and even sneaked in a welcome and parting gift! 💝 will definitely be back and would highly recommend Michela! 💯!

The villa is stunning! The house and the territory is beautiful and you have everything you need in there! There were even bicycles for us! All the recommendations we‘ve got from the host were great (from restaurants, to wineries and truffle hunting). The host was very friendly, always responding quickly! Thank you so much for amazing vacations!

We enjoyed our stay at Silvija's place very much, when we arrived we were welcomed with a cute gift basket, everything was super clean and nice. We were 5 couples, so Silvija managed that we got another part of the Villa so that every couple could sleep in a private room. thanks for that! the location of the villa is nice too, its about a 15min walk to the very center of the city of Umag, Konzum groceries is also nearby. there is a beach in walking distance too (right in front of the big hotel). a few more beaches are then in driving distance (about 15min) we would highly recommend going there on vaccation.

Logement agréable, propre et confortable ( bonne literie). Pour se rendre sur Venise, il y a 2 lignes de bus fréquentes à proximité de la maison et en 5 min vous êtes directement à l’embarcadère pour Venise. Je recommande ce logement!

Federica est une hôte accueillante. Le logement est très bien équipé et est idéalement situé pour les escapades dans les Dolomites. Je le recommande. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

Wir haben zu fünft zwei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Alle Zimmer, Bäder und Küche waren sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Möglichkeit jederzeit in dem Pool zu baden ist perfekt. Dieser ist zwar nicht riesig, aber man kann dort angenehm schwimmen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sodass zusätzliche Schneidebretter oder Messer überflüssig sind. Bei einem Aufenthalt von zwei Wochen wurden einmal alle Betten neu bezogen. Ansonsten sind in der direkten Umgebung zu Fuß mehrere sehr gute Restaurants zu finden. Im Ort selber gibt es eine kleine Bäckerei, sowie einen Gemüsehändler. Die nächst größeren Supermärkte sind dann alle in Umag selber (Konzum, Lidl, Kaufland, ...). Fazit: Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

This house and the location were even better than expected. The view of Venice from the balcony is truly breathtaking. We wanted to never leave - the house was extremely clean and we really enjoyed the sauna and steam. The walk to the water taxi was only 10 minutes away and flat - easy to get to Venice in just a few minutes. We would love to come back some day and Barbara and Fabio were very easy to stay in touch with and helped us get a water taxi from the train station to the house so we could conveniently arrive with our group of 7 and luggage. Thank you so much!

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage. Der Strand ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Caorle ist ein sehr schöner Ort und mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Haus, Pool, Garten sind blitzsauber und gepflegt, genau wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation einfach, auf deutsch und englisch möglich. Wir reisten mit 3 Hunden an, was gar kein Problem darstellte. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt und zum Gassi gehen gibt es gleich mehrere Runden durch das kroatische Umland. Von der Terrasse aus kann man sogar das Meer sehen. Wir werden den Gesang der Vögel vermissen, besonders die Nachtigall, die ganz nah und pünktlich jeden Abend ihr Lied trällerte. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen, so gut, dass wir wieder kommen wollen.

We vonden het super geweldig om in Villa Morgan te verblijven! Mooie en rustige omgeving, het centrum en winkels waren vlakbij, met de auto 6 tot 7 minuten. Onze host Jenny was echt vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. Het zwembad was lekker verwarmd waardoor de kinderen elke dag konden zwemmen en genieten. Het huis is heel erg modern ingericht! We waren met 2 gezinnen. Het was dus superfijn dat de villa bestaat uit twee volledig ingerichte appartementen. Zo had ieder gezin toch nog privacy maar konden we ook samen komen in de tuin, bij het zwembad. Alles was heel erg schoon en netjes!! Dat vond ik super belangrijk! En gelukkig was dat ook zo! Umag grenst vlakbij Slovenië, daar kan je de grootste grotten van Europa bezoeken! Moeite waard! En ook hebben we een dagje Venetië gedaan, raden we ook zeker aan om te doen. Dat was 2 uur rijden vanuit Umag. Wij vinden de villa een aanrader en komen zeker nog eens terug. Groetjes

We had the best time in Villa Eva, we enjoyed the great views and the amazing house during our holiday. Timon was really helpful with tips and also showed us around his olive oil production with private tasting - amazing! Thanks again, we hope to come back to Kozana soon!

Beautiful house with very nice pool, almost every room is air conditioned and all windows are covered by fly screens. Iva was very kind to us and always responded quick! Booking process was easy and uncomplicated aswell as our check-in. Everyone of us enjoyed the stay! :)

Wir waren zu acht über Ostern auf der Villa Mimosa. Die Unterkunft ist phänomenal mit ihrer gepflegten Ausstattung, ihrem schönen Aussenbereich mit Pool und der ruhigen Lage. Wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit über sehr wohl und konnten unseren Urlaub sehr genießen. Der Preis war super günstig und die Gastgeberin Vanessa sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Absolute Empfehlung! Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit in der Villa Mimosa.

Our group of six guests had a wonderful time, with everyone equally charmed by the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The location is ideal—set in a lovely town with the Adriatic Sea just a short 10-minute walk away. The area boasts fine restaurants and a wealth of sights to explore, adding to the magic of our first visit to Croatia. It was an unforgettable stay, and we’re already looking forward to returning!
